The hotel impresses with impeccable cleanliness, spacious rooms, and excellent service. Its prime location near the central plaza and convenient parking add to its appeal. Some rooms offer beautiful views.

The hotel is simply unique: something you would expect to see in bit cities, with luscious garden with plants and springs, large rooms with nice terraces onto the garden, discreet luxury everywhere. Only one missing point: when we arrived, august 11 at about 4 p.m., the lady at the reception seemed to be " the wrong person in the wrong place": no warmth at all, seemed to be annoyed about the arrival of customers, gave us a minimum of information, no smile at all. In such a hotel we expected something more.

The hotel was very quiet whilst we were there. There are only a few rooms and each is accessible from outside so you have no need to use the reception or other facilities necessarily. The rooms are large and spacious and have everything needed. Parking is a little awkward but available. Breakfast was ok - but not amazing. Highly recommended for the town it is in.

We stayed for 2-nights in late-Sep at Las Terrazas Hotel Boutique in Tilcara ($103 Can/night). The hotel, located off a dirt road in a quiet residential area 4-blocks from the central plaza, is nestled in a green wooded oasis at the base of the mountain. The hotel cascades down the slope in a series of terraces, the bottom terrace housing reception, one of the middle terraces with the small pool, and the upper terrace with the breakfast area. Our superior double room was spacious with a queen bed and side tables, table with 2 chairs, and a separate dressing area with a closet, shelves, mini-refrigerator, sink and vanity. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower. The room was fronted by a wide, gravel patio with a couple of chairs. Although we were on the lower-middle terrace, we still had a view around the trees of the mountains across the valley. From what we could see, the upper terrace rooms were also somewhat obstructed by the tall trees, so the terrace level didn't seem to matter much for the view, and the top levels required a bit of an arduous high altitude climb with luggage. The was a small infinity pool with views of the trees, but had only 4 loungers, and the water was cloudy, indicating poor maintenance. Breakfast was basic, ham, cheese, baked items, juices; there were eggs, but you had to know to ask for them, and there was mate tea to help cope with the altitude. The hotel had parking at the entrance, and in a lot to the side. While the hotel was beautifully designed and maintained, and our room was spacious and comfortable, it was the staff, and especially the lady at the front desk, who made our stay special. When the area lost power on the morning that we were leaving, it prevented us from getting vital information about our accommodation for that night. She went way beyond what we could have expected to help us and sent us on our way with everything we needed. Great customer service, great hospitality, and all at a very reasonable price. This is the place to stay in Tilcara!

Hello, we stayed three nights in January 2024. The hotel is very good, the location is very good, it has a garage for the car, and the facilities are consistent with a boutique hotel. We had a room on the second floor, which is accessed by a comfortable staircase. When we arrived, I had not made it clear that I preferred a double bed and the room was prepared with two beds. We asked if it could be solved, and at the same moment they made the bed for us. In that sense, the staff is very friendly and efficient. The sheets and towels were very good, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was super good, served by Leo who was very friendly, and gave us very good recommendations for the walks. We didn't have dinner at the hotel but because we chose to walk around. And as a great detail, we forgot a cell phone charger and a week later we sent someone to look for it and of course, the charger was at reception. These are details that show the quality of the hotel and its staff. We would return without hesitation.

The hotel is very nice, comfortable rooms, large bathroom. The services included are described. You go up 3 stairs, breakfast is on the top floor, beautiful view. Small pool for the number of rooms, anyway I only used it for a while, there was no one there.

The hotel is truly charming, with a rustic and mountain aesthetic that integrates perfectly with the arid and colorful environment of the Humahuaca ravine. The quality of the services is very good: attention, cleaning and maintenance, gastronomy, everything makes the experience in the place extremely pleasant. The least notable point is difficulty in Internet access: the connection is not good throughout the hotel and the poor coverage of the different telephone companies in the area does not help to compensate for this deficiency. Finally, the gastronomic offer is excellent. The breakfast is not extensive, but what is offered is of quality, and the food in the restaurant - which only operates at night - is also up to par.

The hotel is very nice, we were in room 11 which is on the highest level with a terrace and a very good view, the room and bathroom are modern and comfortable. For the claim of a boutique hotel, the breakfast they offer is very poor, very basic, without glamour, jams and cassette sweets "Hallelujah" are the most industrial on the market, at this level it costs nothing to offer homemade jams, artisan breads, some variant of eggs, etc. The truth is that it is a mischief that this is not up to par with the rest of the hotel.

Neat hotel, good atmosphere, with a large, clean room, good bathroom (except that the rain tap was partially broken). -Limited breakfast. They could add something as simple as scrambled eggs and a variety of fruits. -Ample parking. They could add an entrance in the back to access the hotel. In terms of features, a hotel more 3 stars than 4, in my opinion.
