"All choices of places to stay are comfortable and safe because they are close to an international hospital then it only takes 10 minutes from the hotel to many attractions in the city center area and moreover you can get a movie voucher at CGV Transmart Manado"

"We booked this spot with points to be close to the airport.
The pool provided a nice place to chill out for the afternoon, complete with a bar and decent coffee, plus a restaurant with good food. We had a lovely salad and some delicious Indonesian dishes. The staff is kind and helpful. The hotel is not convenient for walking to nearby stores and restaurants but it is possible.
The reason for the low cleanliness rating:
The room itself had not been cleaned well and we felt disgusted from the moment we walked in. There were dirty surfaces (counter, nightstand) and a very smelly bathroom (like urine). We asked the shower to be cleaned again and the staff nicely and promptly complied. They also were also very helpful when we needed to buy some medicine. However, the room was just inexcusably filthy. I hope this improves because otherwise was not a bad spot!"
