They staff was amazing. Treated us very good. I would definitely stay next time. The rooms were very nice and clean.

The price is super high, there are USB charger ports, and there is also an ironing board! But the price on Friday and Saturday is more expensive! The dining area on the top floor of the hotel is very beautiful. If the hotel includes breakfast, it would be more perfect? I look forward to the improvement of the hotel when I go on a business trip next time, and I will continue to take care of it!

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel, but it has been almost a year since the last time.
I was prepared to leave a good review, as i had a great experience until the very end. The official check-out time is 12:00 , but at 11:10 the cleaning lady knocked on the door and told me i had to leave now. I couldn’t believe it. Quickly i packed my bags and left.
When leaving I commented to the woman in reception what had happen, she insisted that no, it was just a question, they were just asking me when I was planning to leave. She is incorrect, the cleaning lady did not ask me anything when she knocked on the door. She just told me it was time to leave now. I speak good spanish, I understood her perfectly.
I wont return here ever, i dont feel welcome. I feel that the hotel owes me something because of the stressful situation, packing my bags so quickly and being kicked out

Nice staff, fast and easy check in, walking distance to almost everything you need.
Unfortunately there was hair on sheets when we pulled back the blankets, and the shower walls and floors are not kept very clean.
Cleaning people in the morning were quite noisy.
Staff has always been very good during our stays, just mornings are noisy if you are wanting to sleep, you won’t be able to.

The staff are very friendly.
The food was great we ordered room service.
It’s a bit noisy due to the location but we didn’t mind the noise at all.
I like how it’s very close to all the bars and clubs as well as lots of stores nearby.
I gave 4 stars because I found a used towel in the floor of my room when I Arrived, the staff was all very friendly and attentive.
Parking is by valet only.
I will definitely be staying here again.
