Right in heart of downtown, all bars & shops are tourist friendly along with prices. Few blocks from Zona Norte, if you like being in middle of action than Ceasers is your place. Family friendly, limited services outside of room cleaning but does have ample towels & toiletry with coffee/tea in morning. Guest friendly as well. Staff speak English but not having fitness center leaves it uncomplete. Pricey for limited options & standard room are tiny. Gets noisey if room facing revolutiones but ear plugs help. Ok for the money.

Famous hotel in Tijuana. Don’t know why anyone would stay anywhere else on Avenida Revolucion.
In case you didn’t know: attached restaurant is where the Caesar salad was invented in the 1920s. Both hotel and restaurant very good value for money (almost cheap).
I was cautious about safety, but felt very safe at all times in and around the hotel.

Able to check in early to drop off luggage. Room was a walk and hotel upgrading carpets in hallways.

Pictures online look way better than in person rooms seems like they only remodeled the front entrance soon as you go upstairs everything is old and needs to be remodeled will not be staying here again
