This was an amazing stay. Room was luxurious but more importantly so comfortable with every amenity you could want. Champagne and tarts are check in and every employee welcoming and kind.

This is the only place I stay in Tijuana, it’s very comfortable, love the rooms, customer service is amazing. Maintain very clean. Wake up early and they are many people maintaining the premises clean, even the huge fountain at the entrance I’ve seen taking water out and actually scrubbing it down completely before filling it up again. Everyone wants to help with your luggage, bags etc.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could ask for. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, top-notch experience!
