We were there from 7/30 to 08/02/2022. 3 days without power in the bathroom and no one came to repair it. The air conditioners did not work and it was very hot in the room, you could not sleep. They never gave us the towels we asked for. Not one day did anyone come to clean the room. Only 1 soap for 3 people who stayed 3 nights in this terrible hotel. The reception staff of TERRIBLE attention are not interested in solving any problem. Bad condition of the room, dirty, abandoned, spider webs everywhere. Broken curtains. The Manager of the place says that “it is not their problem to know if the room is clean or if no one gave us the towels” when that is their job, they ruined 3 days for us and they did not even offer us a refund for everything that was not fulfilled. The icing on the cake? Also before we left they wanted us to pay the tourist tax. DISASTER DON'T GO, choose another place.

Uns hat die Anlage sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten eine Deluxe Suite mit 1 WZ und 1 SZ mit Küche. Die Suite war sehr schön es hat alles darin gepasst keine Probleme mit der Dusche oder WC. Eine kleine Küche dabei haben wir aber nicht gebraucht. Wohnzimmer mit großem Fernseher und auch im Schlafzimmer . Terasse war sehr groß mit Ausblick auf den See. Drinnen selber hatten wir keine Spinnweben oder Spinnen aber ausserhalb waren schon sehr viele aber uns hat es nicht gestört ist ja ein Naturschutzgebiet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch das Abendessen. Eigener Parkplatz in der Anlage. Tihany konnte man zu Fuss erreichen und es gab auch schöne Spazierwege auch zum See runter. Die nächste größere Stadt war Balatonfüred konnte man mit dem Auto in 15 min erreichen dort gab es ein Einkaufszentrum und Supermärkte. War ein schöner erholsamer Kurzurlaub.
