Tired hotel, not what it appears. After a 150km bike ride in 35 degree heat we arrived at 6pm. The ladies at the spa pool were super rude, no towels, offered us sheets. Our second bed in the apartment wasn't made up and we had to asl for sheets and do it ourselves.

Buenos días : Hemos estado dos días buscando las cinco estrellas de este querido hotel en el ascensor, que no funcionaba, y nos hemos estrellado una vez tras otra🤷‍♀️. Las arañas 🕷️ y hormigas 🐜 hacían fiesta de pijamas porque nadie venía a limpiar. La cesta del desayuno no la recogían , no había servicio de comedor, teníamos que tomar el café( pésimo ) con la leche fría. La atención en recepción no era mala, era inexistente, la única persona que hablaba inglés, peor que yo que lo hablo hablo a nivel “ indio” Creo que, como en el comentario anterior debo sugerirles que elijan otro lugar si quieren tener unos días de merecido descanso.

Uns hat die Anlage sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten eine Deluxe Suite mit 1 WZ und 1 SZ mit Küche. Die Suite war sehr schön es hat alles darin gepasst keine Probleme mit der Dusche oder WC. Eine kleine Küche dabei haben wir aber nicht gebraucht. Wohnzimmer mit großem Fernseher und auch im Schlafzimmer . Terasse war sehr groß mit Ausblick auf den See. Drinnen selber hatten wir keine Spinnweben oder Spinnen aber ausserhalb waren schon sehr viele aber uns hat es nicht gestört ist ja ein Naturschutzgebiet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch das Abendessen. Eigener Parkplatz in der Anlage. Tihany konnte man zu Fuss erreichen und es gab auch schöne Spazierwege auch zum See runter. Die nächste größere Stadt war Balatonfüred konnte man mit dem Auto in 15 min erreichen dort gab es ein Einkaufszentrum und Supermärkte. War ein schöner erholsamer Kurzurlaub.

Estuvimos del 30/7 al 02/08/2022. 3 días sin luz en el baño y nadie vino a repararlo. No funcionaban los aires acondicionados y mucho calor en la habitación, no se podía dormir. No nos dieron nunca las toallas que pedimos. Ningún día nadie vino a limpiar la habitación. 1 solo jabón para 3 personas que estuvimos 3 noches en este pésimo hotel. El personal de recepción de PÉSIMA atención no les interesa resolver ningún problema. Mal estado de la habitación , sucio , abandonado , telas de araña por todos lados. Cortinas rotas. La Manager del lugar dice que “no es su problema saber si la habitación está limpia o si nadie nos dio la toallas” cuando ese es su trabajo , nos arruinaron 3 días y ni siquiera nos ofrecieron un reembolso por todo lo incumplido. La frutilla del postre ? Además antes de irnos querían que paguemos el impuesto al turista.DESASTRE NO VALLAN , elijan otro lugar.
