Hotel looks the part, nice looking and has all you need close to lifts. Food and service however is shocking, hot breakfast selection stone cold daly. Extremely slow service at evening meal, numerous nights food cold, one night had chicken and came out uncooked twice so ended up not eating that evening, Ordered a pizza after coming off slopes one day, after an hour (not an unusual wait for hotel) asked how much longer to discover that the order had not gone to kitchen and they had now turned pizza oven off. Reps and manager were aware of our concerns and I am fully aware we were not the only guests experiencing the same issues., Total shame as have stayed here before and had an amazing experience, however definitely not the same.

We just spent a week at the hotel with other friends staying too. It’s a lovely hotel - nice vibe, relaxed and laid back ambiance and great location. All the staff are super friendly too. The rooms are laid out really well and very stylish with lovely views over the mountains and lake. Yes they are quite small but great on storage so it never felt like a small room. They are warm rooms though and we always had our balcony door open even during the night to keep it cooler. We stayed half board. The restaurant has a good selection for breakfast, same everyday but that was fine. The dinner options were set menus with options to change. Dinner was a little stressful at times as the restaurant got busy so dinner took hours and often meals arrived cold. They do need to look at this system of getting hotel guests seated and turned around better. I’m vegan and I must say they did cater for me well. The bar staff were great and knew how to knock out the cocktails of the day. On the whole, we had a lovely stay! Only improvement would be the dinner arrangements.

Good hotel with some flaws to know about. Dining chaos, there is not enough seats for all half board guests. If late, then you have to wait 2-3 hrs before seated. Understaffed and sometimes very inexperienced staff. Lots of running around with low effect. Misses ordes. But they are very nice and happy, and not rude. Room bathrooms are designed with revealing glass walls. So you must be really comfortable with you traveling companion .. Skiroom and boot dryer works and are close to entrance. How they could improve? Allow or have pre-booked time-slots in restaurant. Educate t-shirt staff in basic serving procedures At least make the bathroom door fully closed..

I was a little nervous before we arrived following the food reviews, but we had nothing to worry about. Food excellent, choice of menus, veggie option and if nothing else good quality pizza. Staff very friendly, food on occasion slow to come out but you’re on holiday so what’s the rush? Rooms small but well designed, we had a balcony room with stunning views over the frozen lake. The spa was lovely, we traveled as a group of 7 and had full use to our selfs. The hot tub was adequate, not loads of jets, but it was lovely to sit outside in the tub whilst it was snowing. Ski and boot room small but perfectly adequate. I would recommend the hotel to anyone and defo stay again. I had booked a restaurant that we enjoy when in Tignes as a back up for dinner but ended up cancelling as food in hotel was always good.

I have just returned from a week in Langley Tignes 2100 and having read the reviews from this season was travelling in some trepidation of what we were going to. Ineed not have worried. This is a 'budget' hotel (remember you are in a ski resort at 2100m in France, nothing is cheap!) rather than top end, so if you are looking for something 'special', pay twice as much and go to somewhere like Les Campanules (I have also previously stayed there). Reception - couldn't be more helpful. Across the board from beginning to end all staff in the hotel were exceptional. Room - It is very small. You are not gettin gmore space than you need here, but it's fine. Comments about the shower leaking - put a hand towel/bath mat down and it solves the problem. yes it's a bit of a design flaw, but easily solved. Boot Room - It is small and doesn't have lockers. You put your boots on in the hotel lobby. Despite arriving and thinking that this was going to be an absolute shambles, somehow it works and we didn't have an issue at all. Ski Hire - It's in the hotel. How easy is that?! Are they the best ski's I've ever had, probably not, but at my level (red to black), I don't care. Location - It's a 5 minute walk, tops, to the main lift. Frankly not quite as good as ski in/ski out, but not kicking the backside off of it. Restaurant - People have been complaining about quality and service. I just don't get it (and I am a foodie). We never had to wait for a table and we were never rushed out of it. We had the half board option and it was excellent. 3 courses and two options for each course, plus the option of either a margerita or pizza of the day. Could the food be hotter, possibly. Not something that caused us an issue, but I was aware of other people havving this problem. To be honest what they need to do is swap out the overhead lights on the kitchen for halogen lamps and the problem would be solved. For us, we found the options to be excellent and the quality to be very good indeed. The breakfast was fine if not the most exciting, but the fact that they put one on at 4:30am for people leaving early on the Saturday morning was a bit of service above and beyond. Bar - really friendly servce and good options for drink. We particularly enjoyed the Thursday night DJ set sitting on the terrace after a day on the slopes. The thing that makes this hotel really great is the staff. They are without exception incredibly friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs and the life they have out there. Would I go back? Absolutely with friends and despite the fact that my wife and I tend to go a bit more 'up-market' I wouldn't hesitate to go here with her too, we'd have a great time. Don't worry about the cr#p reviews would be my advice.

Very nice hotel, nice bar/ restaurant area, great ski room (loved having clean skis and warm boots every morning), amazing cocktails served by the helpful staff. Not had breakfast or dinner here so can't comment, but they were full for dinner every night, looked very lively and they do a first come first serve sit down meal rather than a reservation. Room was nice, on the small side but that didn't necessarily bother us. Heated floor in the bathroom was a nice touch. Rooms are indeed very hot, slept with the balcony door slightly open a couple of nights. Overall a nice experience that I would definitely recommend.

Five of us visited for an evening meal. Four of us had the steak which was served on cold plates and now all of us have been up all night with Diarrhoea. In hindsight we should have known as the starters turned up cold and the service was appalling.

We found the hotel to be nice and clean with pleasant staff. The rooms were tidy and were a small but average size for a ski resort. The food however wasn’t so good. If you were a restaurant walk in there was a good menu to choose from but as a hotel guest you were give only 2 choices. Every meal was cold and the potion size was very small then topped up with salad. Not what you need after skiing all day. There was a huge choice for breakfast everyday yogurt/cereal/ fruit but again if you want the hot food to be hot don’t bother
