I came here with my family for a week. We all thought it was a reasonable apartment connected to a fantastic spa. The staff are absolutely superb receptionists we're very helpful (Liriel and Lisa). When our car broke down the hotel's two technicians (Niels and Gaetan) went well beyond what was expected of them, they tried to jumpstart the car and we all spent some time trying to fix it. When unsuccessful Lisa helped with contacting the garage and translating despite being very busy on the desk. We took up a huge amount for their time and they did a very good job of pretending we didn't. It's in a fairly unbeatable location, slopes are a short walk as is Sherpa. The apartment was well equipped with a decent ski locker. I would give it 5 star except the hotel was a bit stingy. Not enough toilet roll, towling robes for the spa were extra, no salt or pepper, extra for parking, extra for late check out etc. it was just small touches that made it feel quite ungenerous. Having said all this, we would definitely come again.

You can’t really fault the hotel. Has a lot for self catering amenities. Nice staff, nice rooms and good facilities. Although simple things could make a big difference, not rationing toilet roll, not having to do an inventory upon arrival etc. Having a pool table is strange as the reception seems to never be open to play, the swimming pool and all spa facilities only open at 10, a use of facilities before skiing would be nice, pool and jacuzzi cold but manageable. I would stay again but like a say, change a few simple things and would make a big difference. Also having to clean up, empty bins and wipe down all cooker and leave everything as it was, is ok, but they threaten you with a charge if all isn’t done…..seems harsh.

What a disappointment. Website is a marketing miracle the reality so different. Clara in reception is excellent. The rest of the experience extremely poor. We rented c 16 sleeps 10 allegedly. We were 8 but two immediately moved out. The accommodation is tiny. Only 6 chairs around the dining table. We asked for more ,obviously, without luck. 4 bedrooms, only one double, one with very restricted headroom only big enough for one child. The other three bedrooms are all tiny. One of the smallest rooms had a shower and a basin but no loo. No other en-suite. Two loos in total. The two shower units tiny cubicles flimsy plastic frames. Furnishings all basic. The kitchen area is totally inadequately fitted for 6 people that we had let alone 10. One tiny eye level combi oven, We now realise why we never received the floor layout plan we requested. Never again. CGH need to realise that this standard went out in the 80’s. We expect much better now. Oh.by the way, everything is extra. You want a towel for the spa? Pay.

Great experience staying in Nevada residence for the new year holiday. Staff is welcoming and helpful. The room are clean. The spa and swimming pool are great, it’s perfect for after-ski relaxation. I recommend this place and it’s located to Val Claret with easy access to the ski slopes.

Large apartment for family of 5, one child slept in living room but bed pushes away easily each morning so doesn’t impact on living space. Balcony got the lunchtime sun so could pop back for sandwiches. Great location close to Tufs lift and ski school. Swim/spa area a great addition and used daily. Only negatives were lumpy pillows and slightly cooler than ideal jacuzzi. We had a fantastic week and will be back next year.

Large and clean apartment, with two bathrooms and more space than we've ever experienced while skiing. But best of all were the lovely staff who were always so kind and helpful. Another huge bonus was its location - 100m from supermarket, and centre of Val Claret, but very peaceful and quiet at night. Also the amazing pool, sauna and harman complex was impeccably looked after and very welcome at the end of a days skiing.

We booked one of the apartments that is supposed to sleep up to 10 people. There were 8 of us and it was far too small and cramped with only two loo's and one of those right by the kitchen table. We misunderstood the description which isn't very clear but we had asked for a layout plan which we never received. One of the bedrooms also has a sloping ceiling so you can only stand up in about a meter of it before you have to crouch down. Okay for small children (which we don't have) but it should be made clear. The furnishing is really old fashioned and uncomfortable too. My husband and I only spent one night and moved into a three star hotel over the road which was actually much nicer than the apartment. To be fair the one night I spent in the bed I did think it was a lovely mattress. On the plus side the location is really great. The pool area is also nice although a little cold and the sauna and steam rooms are good but only half of them were working. Other small irritating things such as the pool table that takes 2 euros but they won't give you any change so you spend all week trying to get 2 euro's from the shops for the teenagers! Why not let them use it for free or take tokens you can buy. Only a couple of people seem to be able to use the wifi at one time. We were really disappointed and will definitely go back to Val Claret but definitely not at these apartments.

Les massages sont super ici. Ce n'est pas la première fois qu'on vient au Nevada et on est tout le temps ravies. On a choisi le massage Merveille et c'était juste parfait. J'ai failli m'endormir. Merci beaucoup à Mathilde ! A refaire !
