The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the hotel very comfortable. Our room was kept spotless and the bathroom re-stocked every day. Breakfast was very good and varied. I loved that we could leave our skis and boots at Vallon Blanche ski rental, just down the steps from the hotel, and from there we just had to cross the road to reach the lifts and could ski right back at the end of the day.

Went for dinner on our chalet host's night off on the Wednesday. We have stayed in the hotel previously and loved it. The food is excellent. We were concerned re the wee ones in our party (10, 8, 7 and 6 years) because it was a late night and unfamiliar food. Our waiter was superb and looked after all of us. We all 10 of us were very complimentary about the whole experience. Thank you

Food, service all very good. Maintenance of the hotel a bit poor. Staff very friendly and professional. Perfect for dogs. Close to the ski lifts.

Really enjoyed my stay. It is an excellent location just a short walk from the lifts in Tignes 2100. Shared areas (bar, restaurant etc.) were very nice, bedroom OK but nothing special. Very nice little Spa as well. Great breakfast with "proper" bacon and eggs (unusual in France in my experience).

We had dinner here on a few occasions while staying at one of their partner hotels, and every visit was fantastic. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was equally impressive – warm, attentive, and professional. As we were celebrating our honeymoon, the staff went out of their way to make us feel special, which really added a lovely personal touch to the experience. We would definitely recommend dining here, whether you're staying at the hotel or not. Based on the outstanding service alone, we’d happily stay at this hotel on our next trip!

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. It's well located for the slopes and village. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the spa is lovely after a days skiing and the food is excellent! we had a mezzanine suite for 4 people that was pretty tight and there weren't enough staff on to deal with the busy breakfast times. Otherwise we would thoroughly recommend.

We had a very enjoyable stay in Hotel Les Campanules. The best part of the hotel was the staff who were all friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Great hospitality from them all, from the cleaners to the managers. We were in a comfort room and really appreciated a bath, my only complaint would be that the carpet was worn and dirty by our room entrance door - only reason I haven't given the 5 stars. Really enjoyed the hotel food including taking up the offer to dine in one of their sister hotels on two evenings.

Terrible food and service tonight, shame as some staff are polite and helpful. But the end product is poor. One choice of starter, the slops from the bottom of a vat of onion soup. When we complained the head waiter was rude, sarcastic and condescending. Took some drinks off our bill, a few beers and a bottle of water, insulting. We are here half board, rarely do things go well, breakfast often limited clean tables, food has not been replenished, dinner reservations a fiasco. Now this. Avoid.

Rooms and beds are comfortable, breakfast is decent although little account is taken of vegans, bar and lounge are nice, spa is small but adequate, service level is good but not outstanding.
