We simply won't be returning. Having stayed in room 39 from 27th May 2023 as a family of 5. On our check out, we received a bill for breakfast and encountered rude and aggressive staff. Our final bill came to 361,82 Euros and I have no problem paying for services we’ve agreed to, however we were unfairly charged for breakfast. No mention of a charge for breakfast was mentioned verbally at check-in. Infact I enquired with a waiter how much breakfast cost and he replied that it was nothing – breakfast is free for guests. The welcome pack (only available in German) did not state any charges apply for breakfast, irrelevant of whether you are a hotel or apartment guest. The state of the room was filthy. From skirting boards, shower heads and many many ants! We could handle this to a degree and were told by a cleaner to buy ant traps, especially if breakfast was included but when we have then been unfairly charged and had to endure this, it’s not right at all. I would hope that the staff response was just a language barrier but staff did not help, only demanding payment in an aggressive and confrontational nature and calling more staff to assist with this, forcing me to make a payment. To clarify I would not have agreed to pay 10 Euros per person for breakfast, if this was explained or documented to us on check-in and Marzadri hotels are exploiting us as customers. Beware!

I really enjoyed my stay at La Rotonda Hotel in Tignale. I booked via Love Holidays and I was very impressed by the ambience and friendly staff. Big thankyou to Giuseppe who wad extremely kind and made my 50th birthday special for me. He ordered us pizza from the pizzeria at the hotel and bought me a bottle of chocolate liqueur. Beautiful views of Lake Garda and surrounding area. A lovely hotel to stay at and refreshing fresh-water swimming pool. The only down side was that Easyjet cancelled My flights just as I arrived at Gatwick Airport . My return flights were cancelled too. Lots of .operational issues with Easyjet and BA atm which delayed my holiday by 2 days unfortunately.. There are not many buses that run to the hotel and taxis are very expensive in this region. I have ptsd from when my ex husband crashed a hire car in Crete so I didn't want to hire a car unfortunately.

We loved our stay here! Great staff, amazing view and very welcoming! Super friendly receptionists, very clean room (bit dated decor but it’s more than barable!). Room had a fridge and mini hob - very handy! Hair dryer in the bathroom too. Breakfast was fruitful but needs a few more options. Some more gluten free would be amazing! You definitely need a car to be staying here though. We didn’t use any pool facilities but they always looked clean and well kept when we walked past. Beautiful place. Will be back soon!

TV program in German Best view Bad mattresses With my 185cm height the beds are too small. Thinly soundproofed walls No WLAN reception, neither with a smartphone nor with a laptop. Only 64 kb/s outdoors. Extremely slow. No air conditioning, but wooden shutters that don't let the sun and heat through. Friendly and courteous service in the cheapest balsamic vinegar restaurant. olive oil good. Sometimes gully smell from the drain. No towels and bath mats, not enough toilet paper. The controller in the shower is so sensitive that it is an art to adjust the temperature with millimeter work so that you don't scald yourself or get a heart attack. And woe betide you touch the controller while showering, which unfortunately happens. scalded me twice Just a small garbage bag for the entire stay. Receptionists speak English, only one speaks adequate German. Due to the location, you can hear any noise on the balcony and have been woken up by: chainsaws, lawn mowers, dogs, noise from emergency vehicles from the nearby road.

Weekend bellissimo. Tutto perfetto dalla gentilezza del personale all'accoglienza, alla pulizia delle camere e alla colazione e cena che erano di ottima qualità. L'unica pecca sono i materassi che nella nostra camera non risultavano essere confortevoli. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Ci torneremo.

Le personnel très compétent. Très agréable. Magnifique vue depuis la chambre. L’hôtel moins agréable: mauvaise insonorisation, literie peut confortable. Salle de bain mal équipé. La cuisine était très bonne. En bref le service était très bien, très propre, rien à redire. Malheureusement le bâtiment mériterai une grand rénovation.

Chiamarla camera singola è un complimento, oltre ad essere piccola, puzzava di umido e chiuso. Allego le foto.. La camera alle 15 non era stata nemmeno rifatta.. Alle 20 al mio rientro la stanza era stata rifatta, il Pavimento non pulito e la saponetta galleggiava nell’acqua…. Uno schifo Inoltre, pur avendo tanto personale di sala ho dovuto chiedere di cambiare la tovaglia di carta xchè sporca, con un sospiro di supponenza del cameriere. Ho chiesto le posate e il tovagliolo e gentilmente mi hanno fatto vedere dove andarmele a prendere. Non commento….. Mi chiedo come hanno fatto ad assegnare a questo hotel 3 stelle.. Struttura interna e camere da 1 stella e mezza.

Quarta volta che ci vado .....sempre super. Veduta sul lago che che ogni mattina ti da un buongiorno da relax. Ottima posizione, cucina superlativa, colazione in terrazza sul lago, ottimo personale . Unico neo ... il getto della doccia..... si potrebbe veramente migliorare.

Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, ci siamo trovati veramente bene, l’unica pecca se la vogliamo proprio trovare e’ che gli utensili da cucina sono pochissimi, i letti se il cliente decide di affittare la biancheria andrebbero fatti trovare già pronti; per il resto eccellente. Il ristorante la Rotonda a lato piscine veramente formidabile, cibo di qualità e porzioni generose, lo staff molto accogliente e professionale. Torneremo sicuramente!
