Super nice staff and a good stay! The rooms were nice but certainly not what I expected from the ratings. While I don’t have anything to complain about it was good but not extraordinary. Breakfast was great and the area felt quiet and safe. Would stay again

This place was nice. Seems newer. The staff was very busy when I checked in so they were nice and efficient but not chitty chatty. Never really interacted with anyone after that. room was nice and clean. had a welcome note from housekeeping. Heat worked well. Bed was comfy and room was quiet. Breakfast was from 6:30-9 but was open early. That was welcome news for us as we wanted to get on the road. Nice breakfast options to choose from (relative to other hotel options).

Asked on all the glowing reviews I expected more pristine conditions. The carpeting in our room was a little tattered and needed some cleaning. The bathroom shower doors would not stay closed while I was showering. The breakfast was fine.
I was impressed when I mentioned to the desk clerk that the 4th floor smelled like a cigarette factory despite this being a non-smoking hotel. She immediately went to checkout the situation. When we returned from dinner, someone had sprayed the hallway to mask the smoke odor.

Hotel staff a room condition was exceptional, I was impressed with how clean and comfortable my room was! I booked this hotel on my way to and from Chattanooga, TN, I had the same room both ways! Coffee/ Waffle breakfast was outstanding!

Room was clean but overall cleanliness of hotel was not as good as when we stayed there a year before. Didn’t feel it was worth the price paid

This was a lovely new hotel. Everything was top notch. Unfortunately they allow pets & we didn’t see that at booking. I’m very very allergic to dogs. There were at least 30 of them there when we checked in. They did put us in the 4th floor….but first informed us that EVERY room in the hotel had had pets in them. So would not return & will be sure to check this when booking any hotel from now on
