II-oritzThe location is not far from the main square and not too close to the river. It looks like five minutes. There is no place to eat around. If you are looking for a hotel with convenient activities, it is recommended to be located in the city center.

AAnonymous UserUrban hotel, next to the most important pedestrian street in the city, in the center. And close to an area where you can eat the famous pinchos morunos, patatas mixtas and other typical tapas. On the ground floor there is a café and restaurant where breakfast is served for a separate price. Perfect attention from the people at reception, clean and tidy room, comfortable mattress. It includes a smart TV, a small refrigerator, a desk with a kettle, infusions and coffee sachets. Classic bathroom from the 90s, all marble, bathtub and bidet. Only one major complaint, this hotel cannot be four star today, maybe in the 80s/90s. Punched card to enter the room, errors in the flooring and a blind unworthy of a 4-star hotel. Yes, the price is on par with those 4 stars. The fault is not with the workers who were perfect, it is with the business group that runs the hotel, because with two stars it would be a more realistic category

Should pay more atention to turn on the heater before clients arrive. We arrived late
and the rooms were freezing. After noticing it we were immediately given another room but situation could have been avoided.

GGuest UserEl hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro, esta muy limpio, dispone de los servicios esenciales y ademas tiene parking. El personal fue muy amable y no tuvimos ningun problema. Tal vez va necesitando una reforma pero por lo demas el hotel esta muy bien. Nuestra habitacion estaba bien equipada y la cama era comoda. El desayuno es bufet y es bastante completo. Estuvimos muy a gusto.
