Hotel económico perfecto para pasar la noche y disfrutar de los fantásticos jardines en la cena. Personal muy agradable. Espacios limpios y silencioso, una buena opción para una visita rápida a Trujillo, sin lujos pero de gran relación calidad-precio.

Un sitio estupendo para hacer noche. Muy limpio. Buena relación calidad precio. Soy agente de viajes para empresas y sin duda lo recomendaré a mis clientes .La cocina muy buena,todo casero. Especial mención a la atención de Celia. Pendiente de todo al detalle. Hace que el hotel merezca más de dos estrellas. Sin duda volveremos.

Hacia ya tiempo que no visitaba un hotel con tanta limpieza, nada más entrar es lo primero que llama la atención, la habitación bastante bien para lo que se paga. Deberían de revisar los colchones, estaban ya un poco pasados y por otro lado la ducha con muy poca presión, por lo demás todo perfecto. En cuanto al restaurante no puedo decir mucho porque no llegamos a comer pero si que se veía mucha limpieza y buenos camareros, sin duda, para lo que pagas, es de lo mejorcito que he visitado. Volveremos!

Una buena relación calidad precio... comida estupenda, desayuno riquísimo (tostadas tomate y aceite). Se podría mejorar la limpieza un poco pero el resto ha sido muy bueno. La terraza de verano está muy bien, en un sitio muy bonito y con comida buena

Hotel a las afueras de Trujillo. Habitación limpia y bastante cómoda. Con aire acondicionado ( muy importante si vas en verano) Tiene un restaurante que no está mal, tiene buenos precios y la comida está rica. Buena relación calidad- precio

Camas súper incomodas . Pasé una mala noche con la espalda debido a esto. El cojín y la almohada no son suficientes. El confort del que predican no es real. Baño con la cadena del vater soltada y defectuosa. Lo único bueno el chico que nos atendió en cafetería. Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas y las paredes son de papel se escucha literalmente todo.

Hotel situado a las afueras del pueblo, pero con un servicio de mala calidad, la verdad es que por el precio que costo la habitación no se podia esperar nada mas pero sorprende que aun hayan hoteles de este estilo y que no estén avanzando con los tiempos. Camas super incomodas, tv con pantalla mas pequeña que mi portátil y en general muy mal servicio al cliente. Aunque cabe mencionar que los precios de los hoteles en la zona son prohibitivos.

El hotel con peor experiencia de mi vida. El inhumano y maleducado gerente del hotel no devuelve el cargo de habitación anulándolas una semana antes. Llegamos al alojamiento sin tener habitaciones por un error humano en la reserva, se nos invitó a buscar otro alojamiento y se nos dijo que ya hablaríamos del cargo. Se les llamo posteriormente para la devolución y el míster "dinero" nos dijo que aunque se anulara la reserva y fuera un error el cargo no se devolvía.... Que poca vergüenza!! No vayan a este alojamiento, no van a tener en cuenta nada que no sea dinerito....inhumano, vergonzoso y avaricioso.
