It is located in the heart of the city, the hotel staff is very friendly and the beds are really comfortable. You just have to improve a little the doors, a bit obsolete, but otherwise it is a magnificent hotel to get to know Palencia.

This is a well situated hotel to visit the town, just across the river near the center of town. The staff are friendly, the hotel is not that new and might require a renovation, but room was clean and the staff friendly. Parking was for us no problem in front of the lobby.

El hotel tiene una categoría que no se corresponde con la realidad, necesita una reforma de sus zonas comunes. No puedo valorar el resto de habitaciones pero en concreto la habitación 306 tiene las paredes muy sucias y desconchadas y el baño necesitaría una limpieza más a fondo. Tengo que destacar como positivo la comodidad de las camas y la zona de piscina que está limpia y cuidada, aunque se debería mejorar la comodidad de las hamacas.

Hemos estado alojados 3 días con un viaje cultural del Imserso. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, aunque no tiene garaje y a ciertas horas es complicado aparcar, tiene un descampado pegando al hotel, pero para acceder a recepción tienes que subir por una rampa bastante incómoda. Nuestra habitación estaba bien, limpia, con dos camas grandes y muy cómodas y una ducha amplia, La insonorización es bastante defectuosa, ya que se oye todo lo de las habitaciones contiguas En cuanto a la comida, tanto la cena como el desayuno muy flojito. Para cenar te sacan a la mesa un menú único sin posibilidad de cambiar nada y el desayuno es muy básico. Nosotros realizábamos las comidas en un comedor solo para los viajeros del Imserso, por lo que me quedo la duda de como será este servicio para el resto de clientes Con relación al personal, decir que la gente de recepción bien, pero los camareros del comedor podían tener un poco más de empatía en el trato con los clientes Van a su aire y pasan de los clientes En resumen, un hotel al que le sobra una estrella y que necesita muchas mejoras

El edificio está como a 1.5 km de la estación y a la mitad del centro. El edificio tiene siete plantas. El personal de recepción es amable y eficaz. Tiene dos ascensores, lo que parece suficiente. Los pasillos tienes mala iluminación y la identificación de las habitaciones eran difíciles de ver. La habitación tenía unos 20 m2 y un distribución cómoda . La cama de 1.6m y las almohadas eran cómodas. La insonorización interna no era muy buena. La iluminación era escasa aunque se podía dejar completamente a oscuras. El mobiliario era escaso y espartano. La TV era de unas 38" y se veían una treintena de canales de la TDT local y nacional. El aire acondicionado se podía regular individualmente. El baño era cómodo de usar. La iluminación del baño era escasa. De hecho, te duchabas a oscuras. La grifería funcionaba bien, aunque en la ducha los mandos estaban por debajo de la rodilla. Las toallas eran correctas. El desayuno fue algo decepcionante para esta categoría de hotel.. La Wifi funcionaba bien . En resumen, una opción regular para visitar esta localidad.

L'hotel ha alcuni punti di forza, come le camere: spaziose e silenziose, anche se poco pulite. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, a parte i bagni della hall, tutto il resto della struttura lascia un po' a desiderare, soprattutto la zona della prima colazione. Colazione abbastanza dozzinale, e personale sbrigativo e poco cordiale. Posizione ottima.

Cumplió mis expectativas. Fácil aparcamiento por la zona. Ubicación cercana al centro 15-20 minutos. Buena atención. Habitación amplia, limpia y camas cómodas. Sin ruidos de la calle. Desayuno bufet bueno y variado en alimentos y en cafés.

No vuelvo. Estuvimos 2 noches. Salimos por la mañana y cuando volvimos por la noche la habitación estaba sin hacer. Se podía ir a desayunar hasta las 10:30, y a las 10:30 en punto empezaron a recoger todo, incluso apagaron la máquina de café, por lo que nos quedamos a medio desayunar. Relación calidad-precio carísimo
