超級差評，定的17層，給到18層，還要單獨走樓梯沒有電梯，拿行李超級不方便，屋裡麪晾着床單被罩，非常潮，床上面還有殘留的頭髮，，浴巾也不乾淨，老闆服務非常差，給的入住指示訊息也都不準確，都別住了

房間乾淨整潔，房東大姐很熱情，採光朝向很好，小區安靜，交通便利，距離鐵嶺西站打車15分鐘，樓下就是美食一條街，很方便！

房間挺大，也挺乾淨的，描述真實，設備齊全。
樓下可以免費停車，但是要自己找車位。
小區周圍有很多很多餐廳，感覺哪家都不錯。
建議老闆可以錄一個入住指引的小視頻，或者圖片指引，現在人社恐的多，自助入住不求人。

太惡劣了，12點退房早上8點就過來打掃房間，飲料不小心撒到被上了非説我們是故意的，還裝心臟病犯了，微信上溝通更是直接侮辱人，被單臟了要我賠償我要個發票立馬急了，大家想訂房的自己看看聊天記錄，我作為消費者不讓我躺床上喝飲料😂，搞笑了，第一次體驗鐵嶺的風土人情了
