La gente de atencion al publico intenta ser buena con su trabajo, pero la calidad de los servicios son muy malos...nos vendieron entradas cuando las picinas ni llenas estaban, el sauna podrido de tanta suciedad, la comida es algo que ni se entiende...una Picada y parecia guisado para perros...yucas que mas bien eran aceite con yuca...realmente el dueño de este lugar le falta todo por mejorar. Los juegos con la pata coja.. he incompletos y asi les tienen precios individuales cuando nada funciona bien.

Fuimos a termales El Paraiso para probar algo nuevo, pero el nombre no concuerda nada con el lugar. Primero la cámara de vapor tenía mal olor y no había vapor. Los termales no eran termales y tenían sustancias no identificadas. No había nadie que supervisara las reglas de los “termales” y no recogen la basura. El servicio del restaurante fue muy demorado, aproximadamente de 3 horas. Solo empezó el servicio cuando se reclamó la devolución del dinero. La comida sin sabor, recocida, grasosa, quemada, los jugos sin fruta, la ensalada vieja, reposada y con pelos. Había una piscina sin servicio y con falta de señalización. Lo cual puede generar accidentes. Y lo peor era el precio tan alto para el pésimo servicio. En definitiva, es algo que no se recomienda a nadie.

Excelente la atención del personal, es un sitio muy bonito, las piscinas de agua natural termal son fantásticas para uno relajarse, también tienen zona de SPA y un sendero ecológico para conectarse con la naturaleza. Lo recomiendo bastante
