Excellent hotel. The location is very good on the shore of the Kinneret, close to the city center. The rooms are spacious and modern, all the service providers in the hotel are kind and host us so nicely. I highly recommend it, especially to those who want a quiet and relaxing vacation.

What an incredible view!! Amazing sunrise over the Sea of Galilee. The food was delicious - so many fresh options. And, the staff was kind & helpful! We enjoyed the pool (and the manager kept it open longer for our group!). Great stay!

Perfect hotel, private beach, luxurious pool, personal treatment, the best hotel in Tiberias, Yonatan was a perfect manager and took care of everything, a pampering breakfast at a high level, all the employees give good treatment.

The hotel was amazing and we got an upgrade straight away. Yonatan and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was great and the facilities were clean and looked after. Will definitely be back for a visit to u boutique!!!!

Excellent stay. Everything was perfect. From the breakfast, to our views, the wonderful beach. Thank you to the entire staff for being so kind and accommodating to us all! Would recommend to all!!!!

This hotel is fantastic!!!! The view and location is beautiful!!!! The pool is beautiful and it has a private beach as well. The manager yonatan loval was wonderful and had wonderful service. Even helped us with the language barrier for an order we needed to make. And we were spoiled with a corner room ( ask for 209). We will definitely be back!!!!! Great location as well!!!!

Based on previous positive reviews I Booked multiple rooms in the hotel and was extremely disappointed. Front desk staff was unprofessional. Cleaning was sub par. Mohamed at the front desk refused to honor my late check out through American Express and as well as my 100 credit per a room. I will be calling Amex to deal with the hotel directly. When we were checking out we called the front desk to help us take down the luggage and after 30 minutes of waiting no one showed up. We brought down the luggage ourselves only to find the bellman sitting downstairs relaxing. I am not sure why anyone gave this hotel 5 stars. Other than the location it’s barely a 2.
