Caesar's location is very good, facing the lake, and every room can see the lake view. It feels comfortable. The room was adequate and very clean. Although the bathroom facilities are a bit older, they are clean. There are welcome fruits. It is a five-minute walk from the cruise ship pier. Two meals are included. Breakfast and lunch are all buffet, which is very rich. The hotel's security is strict and provides a sense of security. Overall, the accommodation experience is very good.

Good hotel, very comfortable with (mostly) very friendly staff. We were booked in for breakfast and dinner, by our travel agent, and there was a good choice at the buffet both morning and evening. The only complaint was when we went to the bar on our first evening, there were 2 young ladies serving. We had to pay at one place, but they couldn’t give us a receipt … or the drinks. Both then walked off and served someone else, leaving a couple of us standing. They didn’t come back to us, and ignored us, so we had to go across to reception, and the receptionist then rang the manager. When the manager arrived at the bar, we eventually received the drinks that we had ordered and paid for. We were then offered 2 free drinks, but we didn’t take this offer up – we weren’t looking for freebies, just what we had ordered and paid for. Not a good start for our first night! Fortunately there were bars near the hotel, where it was easier to get served. The food / buffet offered a good choice of options, and the staff, particularly at breaffast, were very attentive and accommodating. Would we go back – probably, but might use a different bar in the evenings.

It’s a large resort-type hotel, beautifully situated on the Sea of Galilee. Many restaurants and shops are all within a close walk. The pool area is beautiful and overlooks the water. The hotel staff are friendly and rooms are very comfortable.

Great hotel, amazing food, spacious rooms and most importantly the staff was super friendly. The view from our room was mesmerizing and we really liked waking up to the view of the kinneret. The manager and vice manager were constantly asking about our experience and made sure we’re enjoying our stay. The only thing to improve is the entertainment. There was plenty of it, but it didn’t suit our 9 and 6 y/o kids. They had fun in the pool and the promenade instead 😊 Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation.

I was with my family and it was great, best team and service, best food, the rooms very very clean, there is a great lobby and mineral pool, and outside pool, everything is nice and do all for help you when you need

We came to to Tiberias to get further away from the war that had broken out. Rose checked us in and was very friendly, professional, and efficient. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the Galilee Sea. Mazal from the restaurant not only took care of my husband's lactose-free needs, she brought him a selection of things to choose from at breakfast. Yarden from the restaurant was very patient with some rude and difficult hotel guests, as was Zahava from the concierge. Edna gave me a wonderful Swedish massage and let me enjoy it with minor chitchat in between. The pool was small but a lot of fun for my kids and me, and the area was clean. The hotel has a children's play room that my 8 yo and 6 yo really enjoyed, as well as a separate room with foosball and ping pong tables. We had a very enjoyable stay here.

Everything was really good. Check in, the room, the food, the staff, the service, the spa, the pool, the parking, we expected much less, but we were given a wonderful experience and great weekend. The room was spacious, the food was abundant and tasty and we really enjoyed.

This is a very good place to relax, polite and attentive staff, very tasty food, soft bed, clean bathroom, nice view from the window, located on the embankment, next to the lake! The room has all amenities! We really liked it!
