The great reviews I read were absolutely spot on and this was a fabulous holiday for us at a great location with hardworking, friendly staff. Big call out to Selina in the bar and Sebastian on reception. The breakfasts and dinner were great quality and the pools and apartments are clean and well managed. We will return

We arrived at aqua suites smooth check in We was in a suite room 101 it was beautiful clean spacious everything u need including a fridge .tea and coffee facilities bottled water everyday clean towels staff are so friendly smiley will return

Had an amazing time at the hotel. Great friends and the staff were really helpful. Sam in the pool bar and breakfast made us laugh and matius a really nice guy and many more can't remember all the names veryclean food fabulous a vert good location aswell we were bed breakfast but you could go to half board if you up graded rooms really clean, maids were very nice aswell coming every day if you wanted them to. ;-)

I’m not going to make this a long review as it’s all been said before! What a fantastic hotel. Booked it based mainly on the other reviews and it did not disappoint. Absolutely nothing to complain about. A lovely chilled hotel with great rooms, extremely friendly & helpful staff, fab food and facilities. Met lots of people who were returning customers, which says a lot, and we are now amongst them as we’ve only been home a couple of days and already booked to go back next year! Book it, you won’t regret it 😃

Love love love. One week here just wasn’t enough, but I did manage to switch off chill and read two books. So many positives to share but the most important is that the team really do enjoy their work and look after all guests. Great bed and pillows Spacious rooms Powerful hot showers Lots of good towels Lots of storage space Good mirrors And magnifying mirror Lots of plug points and next to the bed Blackout blinds Large patio area with sun beds table and chairs Beach towels changed when you need to Water replenished daily Fridge and freezer compartment Instant Coffee provided Breakfast delightful Cooked to your liking each morning Matius & Sam were very friendly and welcoming as were all the staff. Hairdryer ok best to take your own if you like to blow your hair properly. A lovely place Exceptionally clean and welcoming Highly recommended Good wheelchair access too.

3rd time here. A wonderful clean hotel. Food is excellent. Rooms are lovely and clean. Staff especially Sam are friendly. 2 complaints this year. The internet (broadband) is terrible less than .5 Meg download and coverage is not good. The other complaint is the pool needs repainting (repairs) I also was hoping for the rest of the tiles to be finished this year. But overall a good holiday.

The Aqua Suites is an absolutely lovely hotel, one of the nicest we have ever stayed at and definitely the best in Puerto del Carmen. The swimming pools and facilities are fantastic, busy but never too crowded. The rooms were comfy and the entire hotel is very clean throughout. Vicky, Sam, Matias, Oumaima and all of the staff are fantastic, as is Martha in the kids club. Every single member of staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. The food is truly excellent, by far the best meals we had on the trip were the ones in the hotel. And lovely touches like the Karaoke night and the live music in the bar are just the cherry on top. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough, and we have the hotel booked again for next summer already!!

Very pleasant on arrival with reception offering a nice glass of bubbles. Rooms are spacious and provide an excellent balcony with own sunbeds. Pool is deeper than expected but has helped our children swim in deeper water which is a positive. Bar is well priced and very fair plus happy hour is good. Breakfast has a good selection. Plus a nice coffee machine. Good bacon Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely place all together Nice walk to bars and beach around 5-10 min walk

I can't recommend these suites highly enough - well located about 5 minutes walk from the seafront, spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were allocated rooms in the area we requested and adjacent to our family (which I appreciate would take some organisation when they were full to capacity in August). We chose to go Half Board. There was waiter service at meal times with an extensive menu to choose from and BBQ on 2 evenings. The quality and presentation of the food was exceptional. If you are looking for a calm,low key environment where they have thought of lots of little extra touches from a daily supply of tea, coffee and water in rooms, wine in fridge on arrival to a book library in reception and a poolside happy hour this is the perfect place.
