Weak for a 4 🌟, I expected more. The good thing, the hair dryer.

Huge room with separate lounge area, bath & separate shower. Large balcony with 2 x sunlounger, table & 2 chairs. Cleaned daily & towels changed. The grounds, communal areas & pool/jacuzzi were immaculate and we never had any problems finding a sun lounger at any time of the day. The restaurant was a hit or miss, large salad bar, cheeses, meats, as a vegetarian I can't comment on the quality of hot options, but there was, steak, fish, pork, chicken, meatballs over various nights. The vegetarian options were not huge but I always found something to eat. The restaurant is strange, no-one takes your room number on entry, you literally enter sit down and someone will come and take your drinks order (if you are lucky), on several occasions we were not approached until almost finished or we had to ask several times for water. The pool bar only severed basic drinks, spirits, beers & juice, no cocktails (you have to wait till cocktail bar opens at 6pm) - these are then pre made and poured from cartons. There are hidden costs at the pool bar & lounge, not all drinks/food is included on all inclusive, which I find quite strange. The hotel is in a great area close proximity to the beach with shops in either directions. The reception staff were not particularly friendly when approached, and it seemed like everything was a chore. We were given access to our room early when we arrived, however we were unable to keep our room or pay for another upon departure. With a late flight and a child this was not ideal. We showered in the sauna area, where we had to wait in a queue as others also had to shower and there was only one shower. Perhaps a booking system to this might have been better or allow access to a room for an hour. Overall we had a relaxing time. However, unlike many others I spoke to who do return to this hotel, I probably won't. For me, I just didn't feel the vibe. I will, however, return to Lanzarote and try somewhere different.

We stayed here for my husband’s birthday and once again we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Check in was smooth we opted for the safe - 10€ deposit and 2€ a day… you get a little pack with your meal times and the wifi code. The food hall isn’t massive by any means but there’s plenty of choice admittedly I’m a fussy eater and I was more than happy. The pool bar has nuggets burgers and a range of sandwiches . The pool itself is a good size with plenty beds surrounding it. We arrived at 1600 and still plenty beds to choose from. We had no issues getting beds and there was no reserving that we saw… The water is salt and was absolutely freezing I don’t care what anyone says Room was very spacious and certainly very clean. The cleaners went in everyday and freshened up with new towels and bed linen. On the 11th we had birthday cards on the table when we returned after lunch there was a lovely bottle of cava and 2 glasses. What a lovely touch The walk to the start of the main ***** is approx 15mins at a leisurely pace, you can get the bus for 2€ or take a taxi for not much more. This is the 4th time we have stayed here and will definitely be back.

We are here at the moment for the second time, and again can't fault it. 1:The rooms are big plenty storage and spotless. 2:The pool area is spotless and has plenty sunbeds and we have had no issues getting then. 3: Food there is always plenty variation even for the fuss pot of my husband. 4:Staff are amazing and nothing is ever an issue , they are so polite and just so nice 5: The big issue for me is safety, my husband brings his bike and can be away most of the day,but I am relaxed here and always feel safe. We are looking to book again for next year. We would highly recommend this hotel x

Wow what a holiday! We have just today come back from this hotel and we loved every minute of it. The atmosphere, the staff and overall experience was fantastic. We went all inclusive and the food was plentiful and we found a great variety to suit even the fussiest of eaters... myself! We did also eat out and the area that the hotel is situated is stunning. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. Sun loungers were plentiful and no sun bed wars which is a massive plus especially in the school holidays. We had a junior suite and it was beautiful. Great to have a separate area from the kiddies . The ladies who did the pool entertainment were top notch. Reception staff were always welcoming and friendly. We have already booked to go back next year which shows how much we enjoyed our stay.

Went to Hotel Lanzarote village for 10 days . The hotel is so clean, the staff are all lovely and helpful, the food is nice a lot to choose from. Lunchtime you can eat in the main hall or at the pool bar where they do a snack menu with toastie’s, hot dogs etc….. Selections of drinks and ice creams. In a great location 15/20 min to the old town which has, bars , restaurants and shops. The beach is literally a 2 min walk. There is a little shop with an amazing lady that works there and a supermarket just down the road. The cleaning staff do a great job our room was cleaned every day, clean towels everyday and we was given a bottle of water for our room. This hotel is great for anyone who is disabled, easy to get around the hotel, there are lifts, roman steps with a hand rail in the middle of the pool, there are accessible rooms which are great, walk in shower with a shower chair, hand rail for the toilet, they even have put out rail in the wardrobe which go down to wheelchair height They have disabled toilets too. Would honestly come back to this hotel amazing. The only thing I would say is the entertainment in the evening isnt overly great but don’t let this put you off the hotel as for us that didn’t ruin our holiday. Thank you xx

The hotel is lovely and spotless and the staff are extremely helpful which outweigh the negative points. The location is ideal. Very close to beach and only 15 euro for tact into airport. Shops barely etc walking distance. Pool is ideal for families and entertainment every night. Bad points. Food as raw on occasion and usually cold. Same stuff daily with maybe one new item. Drinks and food are worth the all inclusive price though but just check it before you eat. The snacks at the bar were better than some of the lunches. The rooms are stunning but lack of air conditioning is a problem at night. We had to sleep with door open. I would definitely go back to this hotel but maybe without the dinners included.

We have just come back from a family holiday staying in the Lanzarote village hotel. We arrived around lunchtime but our room wasn’t ready so we had a quick change in the reception toilets and were by the pool very quickly and able to start making the most of our stay and have lunch (all inclusive). There is a small daily charge for the safety deposit box (2.50 ish per day) which is normal. We had a double room (for 3 of us …. one being a 4yo) which was spacious and cleaned everyday. There are tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge in these rooms which is useful. A fresh bottle of water left each day which was great. The patio in our room had a table and chairs and a small clothes hanging space. You’ll need to take pegs if doing little clothes washes. We had plenty of draw and wardrobe space (limited hangers but that’s a given so I brought a few from home). There are 2 pools ….. small pool and a larger/deeper pool but pretty chilly and salt water. There are plenty of sun beds with low umbrellas (crashed my head into them alot) but the beach is opposite the hotel so we spent time walking, time on the beach and time by the pool. Pool towels are available and we took ours to the beach aswell and you can get them changed them as and when needed so you don’t need to bring beach towels. I think there is a deposit to hire towels but as we didn’t check in straight away we did obtain these towels by default but didn’t follow the process so im not sure how it works. The mini disco was great but we didn’t use the kids club as it was situated quite away from the pool area and my little one wasn’t happy to go so I’ve no idea what it was like. Max of 4 kids I think so if planning to use you may need to look into this asap. There is a small (and by small I mean 4 pieces of equipment) outdoor play area which was a bit naff. There is a playground across the road to the hotel and a big space to play football etc so we spent time there. Plus it’s right on the beach. I have to say my little boy got bored a bit as there was not much going on for younger kids and because the pool was cold, he wasn’t a fan so I did feel I was in the go trying to entertain him. The food area was really nice. I wouldn’t say there was a huge choice but what was on offer was well presented and tasty. It was well laid out with space between different stations so people were not crashing in to one another and everyone was super polite and respectful. What I would say is they don’t cater for kids per se but there was always pasta, chips, burgers, hotdogs on offer most days in the restaurant and there is a pool bar that serves food so always something that would work. Not everything on the menu is all inclusive at the pool bar but enough of a choice. Wine and drinks at meal times are served at the table but there are water stations dotted around so you can fill bottles and get a quick drink of water. There is a games room and a tennis court. In the main, the hotel staf

Our first time at the Hotel Lanzarote Village, the buffet breakfast was very good offering a sumptuous spread that catered to every palate. The pool area was a place to relax, with its crystal-clear waters and comfortable loungers. Our large and spacious room was very comfortable with plush bedding and a great view and we had sun all day long. Exploring the local scene was easy the hotel’s location was not far from vibrant bars and restaurants. For those looking to stay active, the gym was equipped with state-of-the-art facilities that made workouts enjoyable. And when it came to entertainment, the hotel didn’t disappoint with great live music at night. We will definitely book again next year.
