Located near to airport. Clean and modern hotel with good service. Hotel is directly facing the beach too. Easy access.

The hotel is fantastic, lovely size room, bathroom looks new ,and the balcony had 2 chairs and table and could quite easily have had 2 loungers on it too. Drinks definitely not watered down and great variety, food was varied, never went hungry but could see some could struggle with it. Have to say the bar staff in the evening are fab, they literally do not stop, making up the cocktails as ordered, and table service. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, room wasnt ready on arrival but within the hour I was shown to my room and not disappointed. The location is great, literally on the doorstep is the beach, plenty of bars shops & restaurants. Lovely walk into Puerto del Carmen along the coast. The only downside is the sunlounger situation, reserved with towels almost half the day and no one using them. All in all a fantastic 4 nights.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 6 years. It's in a prime location, right on the promenade overlooking Playa Pocillos. The staff all work hard and are efficient and friendly. The public areas are bright and spacious. The beds are large and comfortable and there is ample storage in the bedrooms. We only stay bed and breakfast as we like to go out in the evenings to bars and restaurants. Breakfast food is varied and plentiful. The hot drinks from machines are a bit of a nuisance as they are quite slow. The grounds are lovely though the pool is cold, so it doesn't get used as much as it should. The hotel is closing for a major refurbishment of rooms so we are looking forward to seeing them when we go again in December.

A most enjoyable and relaxing week in this wonderful hotel. The hotel offers great facilities, very comfortable rooms and ours had an amazing balcony with a pool and sea view. The restaurant food was amazing and all staff were so pleasant and helpful. The only blight on the holiday was the disappointing weather - a very wet week!! a perfect reason to return to Lanzarote (March 2025) and to the perfect La Geria Hipotel.

Staff very over worked , restaraunt menu is geared to european ie german/dutch/scandavian, Our room not ready on arrival,this is after a terrible experience at both manchester and lanzarote,yes not the hotels fault that. Hotel itself looks good but is not of merchantable quality,building work going on during our stay plus electricians in the corridors wiring lights and sockets. Also our little friends paid us a few visits ( ants and cockroaches) We also never saw a rep and the hotel in general seemed to be in limbo. Other observations seem to show that there are not enough covers for the amount of rooms which made meal times more of a scrum down. Plus points are it,s on the beach and near to places where you can get great food...ie marchos bar , paddys paradise and devon.

We have just come back from this hotel after a really good week. The hotel has just been renovated so was slightly concerned after the initial reviews. Really need not have worried. The hotel is located opposite the beach with bars and shops nearby plus a bus stop to venture into Puerto del carmen. The staff are all lovely and work so hard to keep everyone happy. The food is excellent and the drinks on the all inclusive are the best we have had. The pool area is kept really clean and the water was a good temperature for swimming. The only negatives I have were that although there is a kettle and two cups in the room, there was no tea, coffee or milk. The entertainment was very hit and miss, and I really don't understand the policy of losing the all inclusive deal at 12pm when we were leaving at 6.30. Other than those slight niggles..we had a great time.

Good location with excellent promenade woukd recommend for people with disabilities Access to local bus and taxis good Excellent Staff and Hotel has lovely ambiance we were on b and b breakfasts were of excellent quality with plenty of variety Nightly entertainment was good We would certainly consider returning to this hotel

Great hotel, great location. Lovey pool. Staff lovely and friendly. Nice food and drink. Great location as it’s quiet but still lots of restaurants and bars. Much nicer than Puerto del Carmen main town Just the aircon noisy

The hotel is modern, very clean, lovely pool and situated right by the beach. There was a deal to add on all inclusive which we opted for and thought it was good value. Food / Dining - The food was really nice but it did get repetitive. I felt the restaurant was understaffed and wasn’t the most relaxing experience. Bar - lovely cocktails and lots to choose from that were included on all inclusive. Staff - All staff came across really friendly and hard working! Pool area - kept really clean, plenty of sun beds. The sun beds could do with an upgrade as some did look very worn. You can get pool towels from reception with no deposit required and happy for you to take them to the beach. The Bali beds cost extra to use at €15 per day. Room - We had 3 in a room but still felt spacious. Very clean and modern. We did have an issue with ants one day but someone was sent up really quickly and was dealt with and no issues after this. Check Out - check out is at 12 but they have 2 spacious changing areas with shower, shampoo, bodywash, fresh towel and hairdryer to use which was useful. You can’t however book this so we made sure we left plenty of time before our transfer arrived.
