換了4次房間，被住過的房間也放出來賣，每換一個房間總有一樣是不能正常的，值得酒店思考一下了，房間的窗户關不上，有的房間噪音那麼大，我一般都不點評的，搞的我不得不點評一下😡

過來出差的，朋友推薦説久龍的服務以及衞生都是排的上號的，過來久龍辦理入住時前台給人的感覺很有禮貌，服務的確很好，入住後去房間在樓層裏碰到了客房打掃衞生的大姐也都是會問號的，進房間後房間內衞生乾淨整潔，設施設備很齊全。

首先酒店的位置很好找，進大廳後有一股淡淡的香味，前台物品擺放整潔，前台的辦事效率也很高，大概兩分鐘就拿到了房卡，如果大家來辦理入住推薦入住高樓層，高樓層風景很好，無遮擋。

酒店的地理位置好，旁邊就是天柱廊橋，出行很方便門口就能打車，周邊還有很多本地特色的餐館，酒店服務員辦事效率很高，下次過來還是會選擇久龍入住。

首先説明一下，我是酒店人，所以要求比其他人可能要嚴格一點，房間不算大，但是基本夠一家兩口子帶小朋友入住。進酒店以後我首先詢問的就是空調，得到的答案很準確。前台收銀給我的感覺就是很耐心。而且工作的時候能夠分清楚輕重緩急。非常的不錯。前台整體物品擺放也很整齊，加分。進入樓道，臟布草沒有亂扔，而是卷好堆放整齊，加分。床上及房間很整齊，符合要求。第二天看見客房服務員，主動打招呼，而且着裝整齊，加分。缺陷有幾點，第一，水温不夠熱。第二空調製熱速度比較慢。第三，衞生間門把手壞了，有割傷的隱患。第四，房間內衹有一把椅子，可以的話可增加矮凳一把。第五，布草毛邊了，可以適當更換了。總體來説，75分
