交通方便，門前可免費停車，前台小姐姐服務規範，房間寬敞，但地毯時間久了，很多污點，衞生間淋浴房缺少一扇門，服務很好，設施較舊。

去考試隨便定的個特價房，房間很舊，一進去有一股奇怪的腳臭味，我晚上十一點才去就懶得下樓去換了，我也沒洗澡沒用毛巾浴巾啥的，就用了一次性用品，第二天早上八點多就走了，100塊按金莫名其妙扣了我2塊錢，主要走得急，我都沒時間回去問，不知道是礦泉水還是什麼東西收錢，住的不是很愉快

前台服務差到了極點，特別是前台一個男的，如果不是靠關係在那裡前台上班，可以開了，原來4年前我感覺服務很好，但是現在確實讓我不敢恭維，連我在房間充電的都是壞的，我交了錢，不可以充就算了，打電話前台那個男的接，他的邏輯簡直逆天，真的不推薦現在的苗侗酒店
