由於高鐵比較晚，入住當天詢問能否推遲退房，非常爽快的答應了，十分感謝，具有人文情懷。並且給了非常多的礦泉水，退房時也詢問是否要拿兩瓶路上喝。安排的房間能看到很美的景色。

酒店位置很棒，和高鐵站、大瀑布景區都衹有15分鐘左右的路程，行程友好。這家全季是我住過服務、環境最好的酒店，值得推薦！走的時候我們有東西漏拿了，前台小季小姐姐第一時間聯繫了我們，一定要給她好評！總的來説這次出行非常開心，也推薦給來天台山旅遊的朋友們

住過的酒店也不算少，但是遇到這樣噁心的真的第一次，馬桶糞便清理不乾淨，打電話給前台説是阿姨忘記清理了，勉強還能接受.但是枕頭上很臟的污漬，而且還伴隨着惡臭味道，由於晚上太晚了剛開始沒發現，趴在枕頭上才發覺.真是嚴重懷疑床鋪都沒有換，噁心了我一晚上.
