天天催，一個打掃衞生每天敲幾次門，***！！沒通知麻煩不要敲門，應該配合顧客而不是顧客配合阿姨時間！還有前台一天到晚打電話，還來敲門，叫姐，叫**，跟個**一樣，敲門聲很重，搞得來要債一樣，不知道有沒有一點服務意識，這種前台不給差評，説不過去。房間一般般，這種價位也不是很值！

房間很滿意，有停車場。馬桶智能加温，孩子很喜歡。環境優美，附近有吃的玩的還有個廣場。值得推薦。周圍環境也蠻好。

酒店位置挺好的，周邊餐飲購物都很方便，，停車也非常方便。。。現在酒店樓下正在裝修中，入住還是要注意一下是否介意

大堂用了香氛還是有裝修味道。我是看在酒店新開業感覺設備設施都是新的會好些。真不能細看，我個子比較高隱約看到洗手枱鏡子上方有異物嚇我一跳，以為是什麼亂七八糟的垃圾再仔細看一下，都是電線，竹炭包啥的。好吧，虛驚一場。衞生情況真的堪憂，衞生間地面根本沒有拖，自然晾乾的，我進去的時候很滑，一個踉蹌還好站住了，地面有油膜！出門前去跟前台反應了，有阿姨去返工拖過了。但洗澡的時候發現淋浴間門後地上有牙膏。説白了淋浴間不打掃的唄，物業在裝修，辦理入住前台有提醒説明，但是預訂界面沒有描述，我們酒店都是提前預訂，當天再訂別的酒店價格和提前預訂肯定不一樣。當時我們覺得裝修時間段都在外面玩，不會影響，但總會有行程變動，那裝修聲真的很煩躁。酒店洗澡水壓不穩，水會突然冷。算算也是華住會集團得，漢庭🟰拉垮。出門在外比較喜歡訂新酒店，天台山其他酒店年數都長，所以選擇新開業的，整體來説一次非常差的體驗，不會再選擇了。
