This was my first time staying at this hotel chain, and I have two things to say: First, the room was constantly infested with small flying insects. When I asked how long it would take for room service, they said it would take about ten minutes, and then there was no further information. It wasn't until we checked out that I mentioned this and they asked us which room we were in. This really shows the quality and attentiveness of their service.
