The room facilities are very simple and new, and the living experience is very good.
The tourism service during the Spring Festival holiday in Tianshui this year was not very good. We ate Eden Garden Malatang, but there was no place to eat it, so we had to pack it up and take it back to the hotel. I ate Mark's Grab-and-Go at night, but there was no place to eat it, so I had to take it away.
There is a microwave at the hotel front desk, which was very helpful in heating up the food for us. The lady at the front desk was very considerate and asked me if I wanted disposable chopsticks.
We were supposed to visit Maiji Mountain the next day, but the lady at the front desk said that it was snowing heavily and the park might be closed, so she suggested that we call the scenic spot. When I called the phone, it turned out to be turned off, so I saved myself a wasted trip.
In general, this hotel is relatively good in Tianshui, and the living experience is also very good, especially the twin room, which has a good view of the river.

The king-size bed room is at the corner of the hotel. I have to complain about the lights in the room. When I turned off the lights in the middle of the night, it went crazy and went on and off. I couldn't get through the front desk phone. Finally, I called my mobile phone and they said there was no room to change. I needed to unplug the power card and wait for two minutes before plugging it in again. I slept with the power card unplugged all night. Other things were ok. The spicy hot pot was a bit salty. The spicy hot pot for breakfast was not bad. The location is just a few minutes from the pedestrian street to the courtyard. It's noisy downstairs in the middle of the night. Mind the consideration

The overall hotel is not bad, the New Year is back to my hometown, the high-speed rail is late to stay in the hotel first, because I have a cold, I called the hotel in advance to turn on the air conditioner, 👍👍👍 It’s warm and hygienic. The room is spacious, clean and odorless, and the bedding is comfortable. Although there is no heating, the room is warm and the temperature is suitable. The windows facing the street are not very soundproof and a bit noisy in the morning. The breakfast is OK, but the hot dishes are left open and they are cold when you eat them. When I went there, the fried mushrooms were just served and they were still quite hot. I covered the lid after serving them, and I covered the lids of other hot dishes with my hands after serving them. When I turned around, a chef came out and opened all the lids. The railway station as well as the local public buses station/stops are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathroom shower has strong flow of water. It's near to the famous Malatang eateries, too, just less than 5 minutes walk away.
The rooms are not sound proof and we can hear the next door guests talking. Since it was already 12.30 midnight, we couldn't get to sleep due to the non-stop talking in the next room, we decided to seek help from the counter staff to give us a quiet room. She was so kind and moved us to another room on the same floor in the middle of the night. Kudos to this kind lady.
