住了N次了，喜歡周圍的環境，服務確越來越跟不上了，客房服務員丟三落四的衞生間一次性的東西放的是空盒子，幾次了，洗澡間的地漏也不行了，洗完澡後整個衞生間滿地都是水，早餐也不如以往了，有些敷衍，自助改為桌試了，菜品就兩三樣，還一點點必須讓服務員加好幾次，不過服務態度還是很好的。

環境棒，空氣清新。服務超好，微笑有禮，前台餐廳都不錯，客服服務也很好。酒店大堂設計好，大幅麥積山畫面好有特色，餐廳也不錯，乾淨。
提升的地方就是浴室花灑不能調節，必須一衹手拿花灑才能用，洗頭不方便，而且漏水嚴重。

酒店的房間有種年代感 好像是那種領導住的房間 房間很乾凈 最讓人驚喜的應該是酒店的位置 在深山裡 離凈土寺步行十幾分鍾 周圍全是樹 非常安靜 市區32度 酒店周邊只有十幾度 晚上都不用開空調 不過建議定這裏的話要早一點到 我們來的比較遲了 要走一大截山路 晚上山路沒有路燈比較考驗技術 早餐雖然種類不多但是味道非常好 都是時令蔬菜 七夕定不到酒店誤打誤撞定了這裏 雖然路上越開越忐忑 沒想到體驗這麼好 以後會再帶孩子來玩

自駕遊麥積山強烈推薦到這家酒店，真是我們這次旅行遇到的寶藏酒店，原因如下：
1.地理位置非常好，位於麥積山內，到麥積山石窟、仙人崖等景點駕車都很方便，游完景點可以很快回到酒店休息。
2.酒店環境非常好，好似位於麥積山內的世外桃源，空氣清新，山和綠樹環繞，早晨醒來，窗外各種動聽的鳥叫聲令人心情愉悦。酒店園內綠化做得非常好，可以在綠叢中品茶、賞花，盡情放鬆。
3.房間衞生乾淨，空間大，設施非常好，我們訂的是親子間，竟然還有書房和電腦。床很舒適，因為地處麥積山內，氣候非常涼爽，8月晚上睡覺不用開空調，而且非常安靜，一覺睡到大天亮，太解乏了！
4.服務熱情，有求必應，速度快！
已經推薦給朋友們了。衹顧享受放鬆了，忘記拍酒店照片了！

先説優點，酒店環境不錯，在天水市地質博物館旁邊，雖然地博館據説常年不開，但是因為門口有保安，捎帶着酒店也比較安靜安全。房間都是一個朝向，沒得選，早餐菜品多，味道也不錯。缺點，房間洗手池下水不好，枱麪洗手，腳下流水出來，到酒店的時候不到中午一點，餐廳廚師已經下班了。想吃飯要到周邊農家樂吃，（貴，不好吃）

酒店位於山裡，由於來時是晚上，導航顯示到了都沒看到酒店，房間還是比較大的，衞生不錯，前台服務很熱情，唯一不足的是浴室的花酒咋都裝那麼高？然後一開水花酒亂噴，沒法直接沖，得手拿着花酒來洗不太方便

訂房比較晚，比對了所有酒店，定了這裏。在麥積山除了論壇酒店，其他都是民宿。在網上看民宿的衞生間，實在無法接受，不是對民宿有偏見，我們在老君山住的也是民宿，但真的相差太多了。論壇酒店説真的，很好的，房間寬敞且整潔，設施也都是新的，主要的是有個泡池，對於爬了三天山的我來説，真的太需要了。我們半夜快12點才到，前台小姐姐一直等着我們，有點感動。因為人少，早餐沒有自助，是每人一份的那種，但我想説，量很多，種類也夠，味道還很好，還有水果，我跟老公兩個人吃得很飽。總得來説，還是很不錯的，要不是為了趕路，可能還會再住一晚的。最後我想説，當晚可能就只有我們倆個住店的，早上出來看到的全是服務人員😂😂
