酒店的地理位置優越，後面就是商業街，走路幾分鐘就到了，商場食肆小吃應有盡有。房間超極大，乾淨衞生，面對河岸， 缺點酒店不提供早餐

衞生：衞生真的太差了，洗臉盆內有一個長的毛髮，沒太在意用水沖了，然後給手機充電時候就看見如圖一牀頭櫃與床縫隙內的飲料瓶蓋！圖二三十個訂書釘，光腳踩下去要去上廁所感覺腳下有啥東西，辛虧是腳沒破，我也不想説太多了，真的太差勁！
設施：美豪的品控現在做的這麼差勁嗎！？客房的衞生這不是糊弄人嗎！你服務員沒打掃乾淨，客房經理酒店總你也不查房？？？有經過培訓嗎？符合你美豪麗致對於你們酒店的定位？？？
環境：還有就是你們店裡設施擺放的問題，洗澡的時候我還得蹲着去接洗髮水沐浴露？？！！一個置物架能解決的東西！！洗着洗着我還得蹲着！搞笑呢！！！
環境：酒店臨街的房間風景很好，地理位置也很好，樓下吃逛玩都很方便！靠窗下午的太陽曬的很舒服！

一晚上接近500分房價，但是住出了小賓館的感覺，你能體會到在10月的第一天房間28度，説空調冷風關了，派了一個年齡大的保安上來，進房間看看説你把窗户打開，我説打開了還是熱，根本沒風，他説那就沒辦法了，這服務簡直了，你們的服務設施配的上這樣的價格嗎？窗户開了一晚上起來27.5度，關鍵是樓下馬路打車嘩嘩的過，一晚沒睡！

旅行最後一站天水選擇了美豪麗致酒店，雖然沒有家庭房，但是房間很大應該超過40平米，雙床房單床也有1.3米左右，帶父母一家三口住沒有問題，各種設施也很新凈，住起來很舒適。酒店位置離天水火車站非常近，旁邊就是一條非常熱鬧的商業步行街，幾家知名小吃和餐廳都在步行距離內。前台工作人員也非常熱情，雖然衹住了一晚但也有賓至如歸的感覺，下次還會入住。

房間大，地理位置好，在江邊風景不錯，床品很舒服，停車很方便，總體來説不錯的，大堂有位男士領導特別細心，忘記問姓氏了（抱歉），唯一不足沐浴水壓有些低。遊客能夠洗好澡，吃好飯，睡好覺應該是下榻酒店最看重的需求。

最爛的一次住酒店體驗，特別臟，從被子到沙發，到地毯，特別簡陋，什麼都沒有，電視也沒有聲音，後來才知道這之前根本不是美豪麗致酒店，請問達不到這個級別，為什麼掛這個價位，簡直就是掛羊頭賣狗肉，去退房，和前台説明瞭情況，沒任何態度，無語，太垃圾了，大家不要踩雷
