房間超級小，沒有性價比，就是價格貴，算是我住過的如家裡體驗感最差的酒店了，早餐廳也就兩個房間那麼大，因為用餐人多，全程都是站着用餐，因為早晨出門急忘記帶短袖了，結果聯繫了兩次酒店工作人員才幫我郵寄，唯一欣慰一點的是茶樓大哥幫忙協調停車，謝謝了。

前台小姐姐服務特別好。因為要取車，家人要留在店裡麪多休息一下，退房時間會比兩點稍晚一點，小姐姐也很爽快的答應並詢問是否需要帶一瓶水，服務特別到位。

設施新，衞生好，熱水足，床和枕頭都很好睡。一路都住經濟型酒店，經常碰到床墊太硬（看着像席夢思其實根本就是個木板床盒沒有彈簧）或者彈簧老化睡上去疙疙瘩瘩。它家是真床墊，鋪的墊被也厚實，所以是本次行程中最滿意的床！
臨街的房間確實有車來車往聲，不過我平時習慣開着電視，所以整體影響不大。
離天水火車站很近，坐公交去哪裡去方便。
唯一的小瑕疵就是第三天打掃衞生的阿姨把我自己帶的牙刷給扔了，（我的是個三面立體刷頭，應該很容易看到同酒店的牙刷不同）
然後退房的時候告訴前台，，讓他們提醒一下以後注意。前台小姐姐竟然送了我兩盒牛奶，表示歉意和感謝。
總之，如家品牌的品質確實不錯。下次再來天水，還會住這裏。

遇到五一假期出現了以下幾個問題
停車溝通很難，停車溝通很難，停車溝通很難。（還是提前打電話諮詢過的）
前台衹有一個工作人員，到酒店裡問哪裡停車，前台一個工作人員手指一下讓前面巷道里麪進去，酒店騰不出一個工作人員來帶路，開到那裡恰好碰見三輪車出來，讓我一度懷疑是不是走錯了，入口真的很小很小。
停車場在一個市場那裡，進去的口子考驗停車技術也要看市場收攤沒有，工作人員説一般晚上8點後才能停進去。
房間也是比較小和緊湊的，包括酒店的餐廳（我同行的小夥伴沒找到位置都是端着盤子回房間吃的）。
其他設施還好，衞生還是乾淨的。

酒店位置好，臨河邊，離麥積山石窟開車30多分鐘，離火車站步行5分鐘，背後就是小吃街和農貿市場，出行吃飯很方便。酒店的床和枕頭很舒服，住的房間不臨街晚上很安靜，電視可以投屏，雖沒有免費停車場，但自駕車可以停在街對面的露天公共停車場一晚21元，整體性價比不錯，推薦！
