酒店位置有點偏，吃飯，遊玩都不很方便，房間窗户外有兩個不知道是不是廚房的排風管口天不亮就響，影響睡眠。停車時門口保安態度很好，幫忙提行禮。

1.房間毛巾有很多頭髮，
2.半夜12點過後暖氣管道開始滴水，一直滴到天亮
3.窗户不隔音，
4.剛進去房間裏面一股辣條味
總之吵的一夜沒睡，很不好的體驗。差評。

位置在南郭寺景區旁邊，免費停車場，停車很方便，步行到南郭寺景區100米風景優美，一直住華住會的酒店，漢庭是最喜歡的品牌，還是熟悉的味道，早餐豐富品種很多，酒店周邊配套齊全，房間衞生乾淨，設施很齊全，環境也很舒服，前台的服務人員很温暖，離店的時候還給了兩瓶水，給這家店的員工們點贊!

家庭房的面積很小，看樣子就是一個大床房的房間加了進去一張單人床，大床也比我以前住過的大床小，我們兩個姑娘住大床晚上也很擠，感覺和旁邊小床沒啥區別，床單和被套也不乾淨，上面肉眼可見的臟污

去天水吃麻辣燙住的這家漢庭。入住當晚比較晚了，前台小姑娘很專業快速的幫我辦理了入住，表揚一下。房間乾淨整潔，挺好的。

剛進門就一股下水道的味道，大廳裏全是水，空調背板掉下來了，電視遙控器壞的，洗手池擋水扣年老失修反人類設計，被子不乾淨有血跡，衞生狀況堪憂。酒店臨街，方便是方便，晚上鬼火少年和大貨車來過吵的要死，唯一就是管理者（男性）服務態度可以，但是有個管理者（女性）一直讓給我們換遙控器（跑了兩趟），不願意換房，最後男性管理者給送了份禮品。説實在的真的硬件和衞生太差，700多的房子，還是華住會的門面，這是你們的標準嗎？
