同處一座城市，同屬漢庭品牌，南站漢庭的服務明顯勝過中心廣場店。
辦理入住時，兩邊前台都表示我未預訂早餐，我出示相關訊息後，南站漢庭的前台不僅認可，還貼心承諾，就算沒訂也會贈送給我。這樣的舉動讓我心裏暖乎乎的。
到了早餐時間，南站漢庭的簡餐不是限量發放，而是讓客人在餐廳自行取餐。反觀中心廣場店，僅發放兩個麪包、兩個小橘子和一小杯酸奶當作早餐，兩者一對比，服務差距一目瞭然。
在南站漢庭，從前台禮貌周到的服務，到臨別時温馨的祝福，處處都能體現出這家店管理有序，員工素質很高。

住了好幾天，設施完善，智能小度控制，衞生方面也很乾凈細節也很到位，環境適宜，有免費的停車場，前台小姐姐態度好，需要什麼東西，很快就送來.很貼心，總體來説是家很不錯的酒店，推薦！

此次出行選擇了這家酒店，實在是太正確了！酒店環境優雅房間的設計很人性化，細節之處盡顯用心。衞生間寬敞明亮，乾濕分離做得非常好。酒店的服務非常專業，無論是行李搬運還是問題諮詢，都能及時給予解決。特別要提到的是麥積山 凈土寺 蘇灣這些地方值得一去，總之，這家酒店給我留下了深刻的印象，強烈推薦給大家。

地理位置優越，離火車站非常近，距離機場和南站也不遠，附近1公里有大型商圈，吃喝玩樂非常便捷，有免費停車場停車方便，房間一塵不染，床軟硬適中，服務態度非常好，親切周到，賓至如歸，晚上可以去橋上欣賞河景，別有一番風味。

優點：1. 酒店位置很好，離天水火車站很近，走路10分鐘左右，價格不貴；
2. 交通方便，處於兩區中間位置，門口有多趟公交車，到市區景點或者麥積山石窟時間都40-50分鐘；
3. 前台服務可以，適當推銷，多拿礦泉水，稍晚15分鐘退房的要求都滿足了；
4. 環境衞生不錯，花灑出水還行。
缺點：1. 酒店衣架、拖鞋質量不好，建議換換，特別是一家子，破破爛爛；
2. 自助洗衣有點難等；
3. 早餐一般；
4. 礦泉水一如既往地難打開，建議換換。

房間乾淨整潔（比很多新開的酒店還要乾淨），服務員態度好，酒店早餐種類多，菜品新鮮，口感好。
酒店位置極佳交通方便，附近有直達麥積山，伏羲廟，麥積區博物館，仿古街市場，天水站，天水南站的公交車。
酒店樓下有很多好吃的飯店，31號麪皮，牛肉麪，胖子魚火鍋等。
