Located in the same city and belonging to the same Hanting brand, the service of Hanting South Station is obviously better than that of the Central Plaza branch.
When checking in, the front desk staff at both ends said that I had not booked breakfast. After I presented the relevant information, the front desk staff at Hanting South Station not only acknowledged it, but also kindly promised that they would give it to me even if I had not booked it. Such actions make me feel warm inside.
At breakfast time, the simple meals at Hanting South Station are not distributed in limited quantities, but guests are allowed to pick up their own meals in the restaurant. In contrast, the Central Plaza store only provided two loaves of bread, two small oranges and a small cup of yogurt for breakfast. Comparing the two, the difference in service is obvious.
