這次入住漢庭天水萬達廣場店直接封神！必須給滿五星好評！地理位置絕了，離高鐵站打車10分鐘直達，樓下就是萬達商圈，吃飯購物超方便，去伏羲廟、麥積山景區也很順路。前台服務熱情又高效，辦理入住秒速搞定，還貼心介紹周邊攻略，連細節需求都響應超快。房間乾淨得無可挑剔，床品柔軟親膚，金可兒床墊配零壓枕，加上雙層隔音窗，一夜好眠到天亮；乾濕分離的衞生間整潔清爽，熱水充足。免費洗衣房、設施齊全，早餐種類豐富，現煮麪條、新鮮水果一應俱全，性價比直接拉滿！不管是商務出差還是旅遊出行，都超合適，下次來天水一定還選這家！

特別關注酒店衞生，漢庭這次讓我非常滿意。房間一塵不染，光腳踩在地板上都很放心。浴室枱面無水漬，馬桶潔具消毒徹底，玻璃杯光亮如新。床品潔白乾爽，散發著陽光的味道。能看出打掃得非常細緻，這點對我至關重要，下次必定再選這裏。🥰

前台辦理入住高效，主動幫忙提行李，態度特別好。床品乾淨柔軟，睡得很安穩，隔音效果超出預期，完全沒被打擾；浴室水壓足、水温穩定，衞生細節做得很到位，連角落都沒有灰塵。

來天水考試，提前預訂了這間家庭房（當時房源比較緊張，就沒有另挑），也是本人第一次入住這種房型。
單人住的話確實有點奢侈，但體驗非常不錯。酒店位置之於萬達廣場如圖三所示，有一定距離，不過還好。

一次超出預期的入住體驗，漢庭讓旅途多了份温暖與安心
這次因為工作出差選擇入住漢庭，從踏入酒店大堂到辦理退房離開，全程的體驗都遠超我的預期，忍不住想認真分享這份滿意。
首先是服務效率與態度，真的讓人眼前一亮。抵達時已是晚上8點多，拖着行李有些疲憊，前台工作人員不僅沒有絲毫懈怠，反而主動上前詢問是否需要幫忙放行李，辦理入住時動作麻利，全程不到3分鐘就完成了登記，還貼心告知了酒店內早餐時間、電梯位置以及周邊便利店和地鐵站的路線，連“附近哪家早餐店本地人常去”這種細節問題都耐心解答，瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊，有種被重視的親切感。
其次是房間環境與設施，乾淨、實用又貼心。推開房門的第一感覺就是“清爽”，床單被罩沒有一絲褶皺和異味，枕頭軟硬適中，對於我這種頸椎敏感的人來説，一晚睡下來完全沒有不適感。房間裏的設施雖然不算奢華，但每一樣都透着“實用”——床頭的USB充電口正好滿足手機、平板同時充電的需求，空調製熱速度快且沒有噪音，洗澡時熱水秒出，水温穩定，水壓也足夠，洗去一天疲憊特別舒服。最讓我驚喜的是，房間裏還配備了小書桌和護眼枱燈，晚上需要處理工作時，燈光亮度剛好，完全不用湊着床頭燈將就，細節處的用心太戳人了。
再者是酒店衞生與安全，讓人住得格外放心。不僅房間裏的衞生做得到位，走廊、電梯間、大堂等公共區域也隨時能看到保潔人員清潔的身影，地面沒有雜物，電梯按鈕旁還貼心放了消毒濕巾，細節處的衞生防護特別讓人安心。入住期間進出電梯需要刷房卡，安全感滿滿，晚上回酒店時，門口的安保人員還會主動打招呼，那種“有人守護”的感覺特別好。
最後不得不提早餐體驗，種類豐富又暖心。原本以為連鎖酒店的早餐會比較單一，沒想到漢庭的早餐完全超出預期——主食有包子、饅頭、油條、麪條等，還有雞蛋、牛奶、豆漿、粥品，甚至貼心準備了小鹹菜和水果，種類不算奢華但足夠滿足不同口味需求。早餐時段工作人員會及時補充食物，桌面也會隨時清理，不會出現“空盤”或“亂糟糟”的情況，坐在乾淨明亮的餐廳裏吃早餐，一天的心情都跟着變好。
這次入住讓我對漢庭有了全新的認知，沒有華麗的裝修，卻用高效的服務、乾淨的環境、貼心的細節，把“旅途住宿”變成了一種舒適的體驗。如果以後再到這個城市，或者去其他地方，漢庭一定會是我優先選擇的酒店，也已經推薦給了身邊常出差的朋友，真心希望這樣用心的酒店能被更多人看到！
