在寒冷的冬至時節，我有幸入住了這家酒店，真的感受到了家一般的温暖。從踏入酒店大堂的那一刻起，就被那種温馨的氛圍所吸引。前台服務人員笑容滿面，辦理入住手續迅速且專業，還貼心地為我們準備了冬至特色的餃子🥟，讓人倍感親切。前台娟娟服務十分周到，能夠快速有效地提供所需訊息並協助我們解決問題，令人稱讚不已。

這次住漢庭酒店，感覺性價比不高。房間價格不低，但質量欠佳，床墊也不夠舒適。衞生情況一般。配套設施也很普通，洗漱用品質量一般，説房間有窗户但窗户基本是個小小的沒透光效果的擺設。整體體驗與價格不符，希望酒店能改進。

去天水出差，酒店是我一個人入住，什麼行李都沒有拿，晚上9.50左右入住的時候，去洗手間，發現洗手池台盆有裂縫，還專門給前台打電話説了這個事，第二天一大早8點就退了房。我辦完事就返回了，結果6.11號酒店給我打電話説讓我給酒店好評，然後説他們的桌子壞了一個角，簡直是無中生有，沒有照片，沒有視頻，無中生有！前台客服胡攪蠻纏！
