房間寬敞安靜，環境很好，床也舒服，泡泡温泉，睡的的很踏實，性價比很高，是個放鬆休息的好地方！就是花灑有點堵了，冰箱也不工作，但總體還是相當滿意

超值！房費含温泉套票！要提前一週預訂，環境超級好，有兩個大湖，可以釣魚！還有玻璃橋，彩虹滑道等娛樂設施。交通方便，停車位多，早餐一般般。温泉每天換水，比較乾淨，還有一個游泳池。

酒店房間很大，確實有40平米，床品枕頭都很乾凈，也舒服，衞生間乾濕分離，洗澡區，馬桶區，洗漱區，都是分開的，有浴缸，洗漱用品齊全，最滿意的就是那個露天陽台了，陽台外的風景絕美啊，真的很值得，酒店服務態度很好，熱情，能立馬解決問題，這一點很滿意，自助早餐很豐富，味道也很不錯哦，可以免費停車，停車場很大，酒店在度假區裏面，很大很大的度假區，可以划船，有小朋友的遊樂場，還有萌寵樂園看小動物，有美食街，早餐起來可以散步啊，跑步啊，騎自行車啊，太舒服了，很推薦大家入住，還有温泉可以泡哦，價格真的實惠，性價比很高

因為之前住過這家酒店印象不錯，這次帶的父母孩子再次入住。這次的入住體驗極差。首先房間睡了一晚上温度衹有16度（而且是空調設定温度30度，開了一晚的情況下），早上起來凍的人頭疼。因為帶孩子特意選了帶御湯宮洗浴體驗券的套票，孩子想游泳結果泳池沒水，説是泡湯開着。你這泡湯一看就是很久沒人玩過的，凍的要死，衞生狀況看圖，讓人怎麼玩？退房時問酒店前台退套票差價，結果前台讓攜程找她們溝通，攜程問完酒店説不退，因為他們的泡湯池裡水，所以不退。經過攜程再次溝通後還是不退，最後是攜程平台自己給我退補了部分差價。
我訂酒店的時候就是為了孩子有玩的才定的這家酒店，結果房間裏面温度冷的要死，泳池沒水，説是能泡湯地方就的兩個池子，我總不能大過年的全家都在這家酒店凍感冒吧！退房是也衹是要求退套票差價，結果酒店推來推去就是不退。你們總不能因為入住的人少就逮住一家使勁宰吧！
最後這服務的四分是給酒店的一個短髮服務員的，服務很熱情也很周到，態度也不錯。

年度最差酒店，沒有之一。酒店空調沒有製冷系統，大夏天熱到無法入睡。前台服務態度差，客人諮詢隨便掛斷電話，給出的建議是讓晚上開着所有門窗睡覺才會涼快。坑！
