Facility is fairly new and advertised as the only none smoking hotel in the area so I booked it. However I smelled cigarettes my first night through the air vents. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be much enforcement around the policy. The shower head was a bit stuck with clogged pores so the water will spray outwards a bit but for a small city in gansu this is probably the best you’ll be able to get per hotel standard.

It was a very nice hotel with all the needed amenities. The breakfast was amazing. There's even access to washing machine and dryer to do laundry. Only issue was the first room they gave us had a strong smoking smell, even though they said the whole hotel was no smoking. But when we reported, they switched us to a new room right away.

The room is nice, comfortable, warm and bright. The Atour bedding experience is really good, and the free upgrade service is also good. The breakfast is rich and clean. The pick-up service master is very responsible and talkative. The only drawback is that the afternoon tea is just a decoration. When I asked about it, the service staff looked impatient and I was speechless. Since there is publicity and we want to attract more customers, we must pay attention to details. I hope it will be improved next time I come.

It was my first time to visit Maiji Mountain in Tianshui. I searched for this hotel online. It seemed to be affiliated with Atour before, but now it has changed its name. However, the hotel is very clean and the service is very good. There is also a free pick-up service. The pick-up needs to be booked in advance. I will stay here next time.
