This is not an international hotel, lots of people smoking. Our room smelt of cigarettes and we needed to ventilate the room for us to sleep in. We were placed in a different building and so needed to walk outside along the street to get to the breakfast room. Breakfast did not contain any western items as advertised. No knives. Food was not great, no drinks offered at breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. Location is good for the grottos.

Really nice hotel with very spacious rooms. Unfortunately our check in took a lot of time. The suite we booked was not available because of water problems. They offered us 2 separate rooms and we could even check them before we decided. But then there was a big time consuming administrative problem with the price difference. Not really convenient when you just want to go to your room with 3 children. But the rooms are very nice with comfortable beds

Didn’t have hot water for a while. Location is good between station and the maiji caves. Not so clean but ok for where it is

每次到天水出差都住的這家酒店，酒店周邊環境優美，離馬跑泉公園很近。前台服務員很熱情，辦理入住手續很快，房間乾淨整潔，衞生間乾濕分離。房間裏有保險櫃和小冰箱，買的吃的放在冰箱裏儲存時間長，不用擔心壞掉，早餐品種齊全，酸湯麪很美味，每次必吃首選。

房間特別寬敞，衞生間乾濕分離很好，旁邊有跑馬泉公園，樓下有拉麪和小生活超市。唯一的缺點是不好打車，酒店沒有代叫車服務

攜程付款完保證金，到店付款現金外加200按金。時隔兩日攜程方面發起扣款，換言之酒店並未更新入住訊息，同時酒店前台按金未退回。如果聘請的酒店前台人員不會用系統或者搞不清楚和攜程的對接流程就不要用這種人。酒店一切都好，衹是入住服務體驗極差。
