前台小姐姐服務很熱情，房間衞生也還好，環境整體是不錯的。美中不足的是酒店的餐。
88元一份的西紅柿牛腩除了🍅汁就是肥的牛肉了，瘦肉很少，餐不推薦。

來天水之前攻略了好多酒店，比對了之後選擇了地質賓館，帶着孩子和家人入住後真的是驚艷到了——親子房房間相對也較大、不吵、特意配備了小童一次性拖鞋、成人一次性拖鞋鞋底厚實、面巾、浴巾都是消毒後每個單獨包裝乾淨衞生、床單被罩潔凈平整，沐浴露、洗髮水很好用，不像其他酒店洗完皮膚幹頭發毛燥，牙具刷頭很軟，不刮牙床真的是大大的贊👍浴室乾濕分離，大大的浴缸🛁前台小姐姐安利是温泉水，我們晚上和孩子泡了泡，真的很解乏，浴室熱水充盈且水量大。電視機根據房間提示能夠快速打開，我家小孩洗完澡躺在床上都能隨意換台，詢問天水景點及行程路線時，前台也不厭其煩耐心解答。每一處都很滿意。再見天水！借用我家寶寶的原話：下次再來天水時還要住在地質賓館！

我一般很少寫網評，但是這次一定要誇讚一番，他們大廳很符合地質賓館的特色，濃濃地質氣息，前台美女很周到，當天入住的時候下大雪，訂的是靠電梯的房間，前台員工説下雪天比較冷，主動幫忙升級了中間一些的房型，並且在入住前就很貼心的將空調打開了，真的很贊，退房還送了三泡台，服務到位，房間內部寬敞乾淨，落地窗，下次必選

有空可以看完我的評價大家一起快樂一下，酒店運營可圈可點。
兩卧適合家庭出遊，一家三口比較方便，酒店位於麥積區，叫車去麥積山比較近。
【衞生】住了三晚，首日手串上的足金小吊墜掉在床邊地毯上，以為是丟在上一站西安了，沒找，結果第三天在床邊地毯上看到了，第一次感謝保潔做的不到位，連着兩天吊墜和環都沒被吸塵器吸走，讓我失而復得…保潔過後地上的樹葉（圖6）不知道哪裡來的…衞生我給5顆星應該的！
【服務】好久沒遇到需要按金的酒店了，問了原因，前台説本酒店有房間售賣品所以要按金，額…兩晚按金2000，後來攜程上一鍵續住一晚，前台特地電話通知要補按金。
【布草】拖鞋上標識“帶走需30元”，好奇這拖鞋是新的嗎？如果是新的，那麼未帶走的拖鞋怎麼處理了？你們知不知道這個拖鞋穿着襪子鈎襪子，脱了襪子鈎腳後跟啊？走之前查是否有遺失物，在床頭櫃上面的抽屜裏面（圖7）發現了一次性拖鞋，有一次性拖鞋藏着，拖鞋籃（圖8）放那個價值30元的破鞋可以的啊你們……
【其他】下次麻煩別把婚房安排在正常住客的隔壁好嗎？我可太謝謝你們了。

雖然是“賓館”，但絕對是星級酒店，高檔大氣上檔次。停車方便，早餐很好。酒店拖鞋很好，但不能帶走（需付費）。周邊有商場（盛大），出門左邊300米內吃飯很多。
