酒店的舒適度真的很高，門口的工作人員也是非常的熱情，幫們指引酒店具體的停車位，房間的佈局也很專業，空間非常大，點外賣也非常的方便，機器人會幫忙送東西，前台的工作人員也很專業，辦理速度也很快，感覺很有特色的一家酒店。

沒想到出來住酒店能選到自己這麼喜歡的裝修風格，尤其是走廊裏麪的地毯，很喜歡這個顏色，專門去問了一下前台，想給自己的卧室也安排一塊，讓人看着心情就很舒服。再就是房間大大的落地窗，晚上可以看看天水的夜景，非常漂亮。下次入住，還會訂他們酒店。

這次帶家人出遊，選擇這家酒店真是最正確的決定！一進門就感受到家的温馨。前台小姐姐非常貼心。房間視野開闊，陽光灑進來特別舒服。晚上玩累了回來，泡個熱水澡，躺在柔軟的床上，所有的疲憊都煙消雲散。孩子也特別喜歡酒店的自助早餐，説蛋糕很好吃。退房時還送了小紀念品，服務細節滿分！已經推薦給其他朋友了，下次來一定還住這裏！

1，衞生不乾淨，床單上有頭髮
2，整個房間裏面沒有桌子凳子，這是温德姆還是旅店或者招待所
3，因為沒有凳子椅子🪑，所以點了外賣衹能在牀頭櫃吃飯，結果床頭的吊燈是硬連結，把頭都撞了個大包
4，淋浴間下水道堵了，水漫金山，換房間讓顧客大包小包從10樓到6樓結果又是尾房（因為訂酒店是就備註過不要尾房），11點我們兩個人拎着大包小包，等服務員聯繫前台查房間，就在樓道等了5分鐘以上，最終又回到10樓，最重要的是沒有一句抱歉，覺得顧客是**
5，頭撞到了打電話給前台反應，酒店的服務人員沒有一句抱歉，更不説更高要求的服務
6，早餐還不如全季，自己員工隨意到餐枱拿東西吃，煮麪的大姐橫眉冷對，像極了欠她錢一樣
