James Joyce Coffetel Hotel (Tianshui South Station Qiaonan International Shopping Center)

The young female staff are always friendly and sincere, even when they're busy. It's a nice hotel, clean and reasonably run. I always enjoyed the iced coffee.

James Joyce Coffetel is the most comfortable hotel I stayed in during the entire trip. Both the facilities and the environment are very good. There is also smart voice. The hotel is also very friendly to dogs. Thumbs up 👍

The front desk lady is very welcoming, the room is very clean, the waiter is very polite, and will say hello when they meet. There is also a place for taking photos and checking in. The snacks are also very delicious. There is a cup of hot tea as soon as you enter the door. The surrounding facilities are also very complete. It is very convenient to travel. There is a bus stop outside. It is worth it. I will come again next time. 👍

This was my first time staying at this hotel chain, and I have two things to say: First, the room was constantly infested with small flying insects. When we were getting ready for bed that night, my daughter complained about how much we couldn't clean up, and there were also mosquitoes. Second, when we showered that night, the shower gel in the bathroom was almost empty. Since it was late, I didn't want to bother the staff, so I just washed up and prepared for the next day. I called the front desk that morning to report this, and they told me to get a portable shower gel myself. When I asked how long it would take for room service, they said it would take about ten minutes, and then there was no further information. It wasn't until we checked out that I mentioned this and they asked us which room we were in. This really shows the quality and attentiveness of their service.

美式復古風格，燈光、窗簾設計為機械式按鈕，設計風格一致，也有小度可進行語音控制。酒店有自己的停車場，但車位有限，如果車位不夠需要到500米的另一個停車場停車。酒店硬件設施都還算不錯，洗澡水很大，不過淋浴間裏沒有放衣服毛巾的地方，淋浴間外就是公共區域，沒有遮擋，不是很方便，衹能拿一個筐放在浴室的角角。説一下不太滿意的地方吧，訂的是家庭套房，住三人，但牙刷衹放置了兩套；連住兩天，第二天下午7點打電話告知為續住，所以房間沒有打掃，問我是否需要打掃，因當時已經準備回去了，就讓收拾了垃圾，可打掃房間不是酒店的基礎服務麼，還需要問麼…而且我是一次性預訂兩天，也不算續住吧…第一次住喆啡，不知道是不是就是這個模式，總之是比較驚訝，住這麼多酒店還未遇到過。另外，入住一天還未離店時一工作人員就詢問能否給好評並截圖給她，我還未離店吶…當然，前台的態度都是很好的，看到客人也會主動打招呼。除了客房服務，其他都還算滿意的。

酒店裝飾復古典雅，衞生，安全，交通便利，到主要景點和商業區都有直達車。臨近渭河，晚上散步景觀不錯。附近用餐方便，臨近林水路早市，可以吃到當地美食。酒店的主題是咖啡，所以有掛耳咖啡，並且配了手沖壺，喜歡這樣的細節管理。
