1.213房門是壞的，劣質膠水粘合，然後聯繫前台換了別的房間
2.馬桶圈是臟的，前台説是上一個客人貼的一次性馬桶墊粘的膠，我扣下來了（如果實在沒辦法清理掉，酒店可以配備一次性馬桶墊）
3.排水很差，洗完澡直接水漫金山，水漫到廁所外面去了
4.乾濕不分離，馬桶就在淋浴頭旁邊，洗完澡馬桶和衞生紙都是濕的
5.牆上的彩筆塗鴉 真的很顯臟
6.沒有護髮素，酒店不住女性顧客嗎，為什麼不提供護髮素
7.廁所沒有拖鞋也沒有地墊，洗澡光腳站地上，很滑 很涼，這個真的不理解
8.整個房間只有廁所有一面小鏡子，而且不能調整亮度，完全看不清，光線不好
浴巾牙杯毛巾我一個都沒用，很難不讓人擔心衞生問題，150r➕的價格我覺得不算便宜，但屬實配不上這個價格哈，去年在非繁169r體驗感強很多倍，以後不會再去了哈，前台態度挺好的，但酒店整體很差，不建議，本地人外地人都不建議

隔夜級差，用過的生理東西也不知道打掃，一次性浴巾也不提供，提供了也要收錢

酒店離古城很近，對面是小學，臨街，樓下小吃很多。公共區域不錯。室內電動窗簾，有個智能盒子也不知道怎麼用。電視有遙控器。只是智能酒店，沒有usb充電。另外，酒店如果用機器辦理入住，按金翻倍。上樓沒有電梯。沒有洗衣服或甩乾衣服服務。有問題及時跟前台溝通，回覆很及時。

酒店裝飾很好看，走廊出片。還有可愛的貓貓～離景區也很近，性價比挺高。整體真的挺滿意的。不過按金有些高，但也無所謂沒什麼影響

沒有電梯 前台就一個柔弱女生 搬行李箱一點忙也幫不上 臨街自由路太吵了 睡的早的根本休息不好 兩點以後安靜點 第二天不到六點 打掃衞生阿姨又來了 太難了住的鬧心 還是個新酒店

服務態度很差勁，其實也沒什麼特別智能的。就是個噱頭。看着2024年才裝修的，但是去了發現香味覆蓋很重。關鍵是樓下的老闆非常傲慢，感覺是個個忙着要來住的。房間非常小，行李箱放着就過不去了。洗個澡，衞生間就水漫金山。重點！服務態度極差！！
