Service: The welcome fruits include apples and bananas, but the apples are rotten. This is the responsibility of the housekeeping department. If you check during cleaning, there will be no rotten apples that affect the experience. 天水是個好地方！民風淳樸，遇上了非常好的酒店，從未入店就接到前台電話，電話提前告知我們停車問題定位問題，前台接待熱情，還免費升級了房型，本人很少做評價，五星好評必須給你家，全國去過很多城市，能做到如此為客人着想的酒店少之又少，離店還收到前台的兩大包粉，可見管理層上下都非常的盡心和貼心做好旅遊服務，下次還會繼續選擇你們，祝酒店生意興隆！遺憾沒有拍到酒店房間照片，乾淨舒適，房型也很大，本人先生打撲汗，帶孩子的一定要選擇親子房，兩個房間隔開，睡得很好，總而言之，非常完美的旅行，愛上了天水！好地方養育出善良淳樸的人兒

和家裡人過來天水玩兒，訂房間糾結了很久，最後選定了這個酒店。 房間非常大，乾淨衞生！地理位置也很好，旁邊有超市！買東西很方便 從前台到客房，都很有禮貌，衞生搞的很乾凈！前台不僅免費升級了房型 還多送了一份早餐 很感謝 主要是還有性價比高，衞生間也很大！很舒服！不會踩雷，值得推薦！下次繼續住！

酒店位置很好找，導航直接到酒店門口。前台服務態度熱情，詢問都耐心解答。房間衞生做都很乾凈，洗手盆和馬桶擦洗乾淨，入住放心。佈局合理，完全沒有一般酒店的侷促感，住起來心情格外舒暢。周邊美食超多，無論是商務出行還是旅遊度假，這家酒店都非常值得推薦，天水的特色呱呱麪皮 麻辣粉很好吃 退房時還送了伴手禮小風扇 ，下次還會毫不猶豫地選擇！

房間實際比照片還好看，佈置的很合理設施也很新，衞生非常乾淨整潔沒有異味，前台妹妹的服務也很熱情，主動打招呼🙋，停車很方便，也有洗衣房，外賣也是由酒店機器人進行配送，這一點還是讓人挺安心的，喜歡
