The hotel is average, three-star standard. Except for bottled water, other free gifts are very cheap. The bed is not very comfortable to sleep on, it is soft. The sound insulation effect is not very good. The worst thing is the service attitude of some front desk staff, who look indifferent and can't even lie well.
Booking in the hotel is much more expensive than booking on the online platform.
The only plus point is the breakfast, which is rich in variety.

We stayed for 5 days, and the air conditioner was broken for 4 days. The room was this temperature. It is said to be the highest standard hotel in Tianmen, but it can only rely on fans to cool down. If it was not the only hotel that can accommodate foreign guests, I would have changed hotels on the first day. People kept coming to the front desk to complain that the air conditioner was broken, and the front desk only said that the air conditioner was being debugged. It was really timely!

We spent the most money but got the worst service. When we checked in, there was not enough water in the room. When we called the service hotline, they passed the buck to each other and asked us to pay. Their attitude was quite bad. It's really awesome.
