酒店就在萬達二號門旁邊 吃飯購物很方便 服務員很熱情很細緻，房間也是智能化的，裝修風格是現代輕奢風格，很乾凈！早餐在四樓，是自助早餐形式，品種也很豐富 餐廳服務員很熱情 看我筷子掉了馬上送過來一雙，總之很滿意 下次還來！

前台服務很親切，客房服務姐姐笑容滿面，房間打掃很乾凈衞生，餐廳的阿姨好熱情，幫我煮的米粉味道不錯，酒店環境很好，設施齊全蠻新的，酒店地理位置也方便，旁邊還有萬達廣場，吃飯購物很方便，推薦給大家！

一晚上沒睡好，門口和衞生間房頂上面不知道啥響了，響了一晚上，空調也沒有開，排風也沒開，睡覺前能關的都關了，估計是樓頂的機器，因為是住的頂層，最差的是早餐，8點40多下去啥也沒了，熱菜不加了，居然雞蛋牛奶小米粥也不給加了，服務員説加了。等到九點半也沒見加，騙小孩了？衹能煮點麪，而且還難吃，前台開房也是邊開邊和其它人聊天。很慢。

這次入住天門美侖酒店體驗感非常好，主要體現在：
1.品牌連鎖有保障。華住旗下酒店，算是天門這邊最好的，床品舒適，設施齊全，周邊商業豐富，高峯期也沒漲價。
2.入住快捷省時間。前台刷身份證即刻入住，幾乎不需要等待。離店辦理也是非常快捷，沒有排隊現象。
3.房間寬敞又乾淨。房間真的非常大，床四周都留足了空間，一點也沒有逼仄感；房間非常乾淨，住起來很安心。
4.服務貼心又細膩。主動為離店的顧客寄存行李，奉上礦泉水。
以後來天門肯定首選美侖。
