Our hotel stay was absolutely amazing!! The front desk helped us with everything that we needed, they were also friendly. It was very easy to communicate with them. The rooms were very clean and everything was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, very much! This was definitely one of our favorite trips.

The manager is very considerate. Our check- out time is supposed to be at 12noon. Our flight is at 6:00PM. She lets us stay until 3PM, no extra charge🥰 She even helped us book a taxi going to the airport. Their staff is very approachable and they are willing to make extra effort for all your requests and questions. Highly recommended ❤️

St Regis lived up to it's reputation for service that goes above and beyond.....we had a problem upon arrival -:the fridge was missing. abd the spa wasn't working. This was disappointing as it was one of tbe reasons we had booked that hotel. Not only did they rectify the fridge within an hour/( minutes?), they also sent up a lovely tray with local treats and they offered us breakfast on the house. We could n't get the spa experience, but felt the manager, Frank, did his very best to make our visit special, and we were so appreciative. We would definitely book again, but know to check a few things beforehand in case the website is not up to date. At any rate, StRegis stands by its service and the manager was excellent. Kudos to Frank Wang!

The room we stayed in did not have hand sanitizer or soap. The little girl at the front desk had no place to find it, and she had to take the order by herself. Check in, I have to answer two phones to deal with various problems of in-house guests. Fortunately, the front desk attitude is very good. I really don't want to quarrel with people during the New Year. It's almost 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. I went out to find a small supermarket to buy soap and disposable toilet sets.

I really appreciate the very strategic location, it's just few hundred metres away from many famous attractions, such as little Italy. Or if you're looking for halal food, there are many muslim restaurants too. It's also very near to station too, the hotel's room is on 37 to 51 fl, really help with the magnificent views. Staffs are friendly, room's clean, nothing to complain about. I strongly recommend this hotel, as myself would definitely go back here.
