I am a fan of IHG hotels. Stay there for a night and when I got my room there is a slight hiccups where the room wasn’t turned over from the previous guest BUT thank you for the fast assistance from the front desk team who managed to move me immediately and apologetic about the situation (which very appreciated) it was a sweet gesture and their professionalism top notch. Bed were confortable but aircon slightly warm perhaps due to winter-ish season that the ac had only heather programed. Breakfast was delicious. As i have some diet restrictions. The F&B team were accomodating. Honestly, my short stay was feeling super warm. Everyone there knows how to serve their customers well. Will defo comeback. Thank you!!!

It's really okay, the sanitation is not very good, there are hairs, the table seems to have not been cleaned up, it is sticky, and the hotel does not provide breakfast, saying that the natural gas is broken.

The manager is very considerate. Our check- out time is supposed to be at 12noon. Our flight is at 6:00PM. She lets us stay until 3PM, no extra charge🥰 She even helped us book a taxi going to the airport. Their staff is very approachable and they are willing to make extra effort for all your requests and questions. Highly recommended ❤️

The first problem is the hygiene. When you pick up the kettle, you can see layers of dust with your naked eyes. You dare not use it at all. I don’t know how the auntie cleans it? The second problem is that there is only one elevator in the entire hotel. There are 10 floors in the hotel, and three of them are functional rooms, and the rest are guest rooms. The elevator takes at least 10 minutes during peak hours. The third problem is that the laundry room has a laundry room and two fitness treadmills in a room. The room is super small, and there are two washing machines and two dryers. One of the two washing machines is broken, and the other one is good. The staff is washing their work clothes by themselves. In fact, they have never used the laundry. I didn’t expect to encounter this situation occasionally. Then the washed area and waiting area in the laundry room are fake, and there is not even a basket. It feels like it is just to equip the basic configuration of the hotel. So many things are written in it, but in fact, these functions are not implemented at all. The air conditioner in the hotel room is completely non-heating. When the staff came to repair it, they said that it was the time to turn on the floor heating and asked me not to turn on the air conditioner so high, but in fact, the air conditioner did not work at all throughout the night. If it is because of the floor heating season, the air conditioner is not used, you can tell me directly

The location is good, the room is large, and the hygiene is very good. The room is all intelligently controlled, and the service is very friendly. There is a coffee machine in the room, as well as free Piye coffee, drinks, and snacks. The check-out time is also very user-friendly. The hotel also has a gym and laundry room. I will stay here again next time I come to Tianjin.

On the first day, the electronic products were placed at the socket in the toilet hair dryer to charge, until the next day when the bedside table was moved, the socket was found behind the cabinet. It is recommended to set the socket in a more conspicuous place. 2. Guests sit on the sofa opposite the front hall while waiting for the room to be cleaned, but the tea break food is placed next to the front desk. You can try to move the tea break to the sofa. The hotel has a bar, a garden, a swimming pool and a gym. The facilities are old but complete. Moon cakes were also given during the Mid-Autumn Festival.
