The hotel has good hardware facilities, and the lake view can be seen from a distance but not up close. The free parking lot is very spacious, and the light-transmitting lobby is particularly impressive. Unfortunately, the hotel service needs to be improved. Here are just three examples: First, the front desk could not tell the exact lunch time, and the two people who answered the closing time were half an hour apart. Second, the staff in charge of the card machine in the restaurant mistakenly thought that the guest had swiped the card and coldly refused the guest to have breakfast (later another service staff helped solve the problem). Third, the staff in charge of the card machine at breakfast was responsible for replenishing the coffee machine materials, and ignored the guest's questions during the period.
