She lets us stay until 3PM, no extra charge🥰 She even helped us book a taxi going to the airport. St Regis lived up to it's reputation for service that goes above and beyond.....we had a problem upon arrival -:the fridge was missing. abd the spa wasn't working. This was disappointing as it was one of tbe reasons we had booked that hotel. Not only did they rectify the fridge within an hour/( minutes?), they also sent up a lovely tray with local treats and they offered us breakfast on the house. We could n't get the spa experience, but felt the manager, Frank, did his very best to make our visit special, and we were so appreciative. We would definitely book again, but know to check a few things beforehand in case the website is not up to date. At any rate, StRegis stands by its service and the manager was excellent. Kudos to Frank Wang!

I am a fan of IHG hotels. Stay there for a night and when I got my room there is a slight hiccups where the room wasn’t turned over from the previous guest BUT thank you for the fast assistance from the front desk team who managed to move me immediately and apologetic about the situation (which very appreciated) it was a sweet gesture and their professionalism top notch. Bed were confortable but aircon slightly warm perhaps due to winter-ish season that the ac had only heather programed. Breakfast was delicious. As i have some diet restrictions. The F&B team were accomodating. Honestly, my short stay was feeling super warm. Everyone there knows how to serve their customers well. Will defo comeback. Thank you!!!

The facilities in the room are about 70% new, and the wooden decoration is slightly peeled off. When we checked in, the drain of the bathtub was damaged and could not be closed and needed major repairs. At that time, I wanted to take a bath again, but the waiter finally solved it with a bathtub cover. The toiletries are self-operated, non-branded, and the fragrance of the shower gel is not very good, and it will be a bit dry after washing. Environment: The external environment is close to the business district, with many shopping malls, a wide range of takeaways, authentic Tianjin snacks and KFC. Takeaway is convenient. In terms of the environment in the hotel, there is almost no executive lounge. When we checked in, it was after noon, because the room was not ready, we proposed to go to the lounge or the executive lounge to rest, but there might be a wedding banquet in the hotel at that time, the lounge was full of chattering people, and there was no executive lounge. In the end, I only took two bottles of Nongfu Spring and was forced to go out and wait for the room to be ready. Such a welcome card can only have the opposite effect 😂, it is not as good as a printed one or not sent. It’s better to use fresher fruit for welcome fruit, so that customers can help you promote it, right?

Highly recommend the Novotel Tianjin Drum Tower hotel. The hotel is new, room is spacious and clean; the breakfast served in variety choice from cold dishes to hot dishes. The hotel location close to Jing Dong shopping mall and food street; easy to access to the tourist spots too. The staffs are friendly & helpful; especially Ms Zhu Tong Xin, would like to say big thanks to her help during our stay. Big Thumbs up! Will definitely stay in Novotel Tianjin Drum Tower hotel if we visit Tianjin in future.

I have been at the Hotel for three days and I can say that my experience has been wonderful because and everyone who works in it is wonderful people and the Hotel is clean and the most important thing is that it is indicated in a good direction a super beautiful central place where the Hotel is located and also the staff staff has helped me in everything I have needed and there were moments when I have gone down to iron the clothes and they have helped me with the iron and everything is wonderful I give it a 10/10 and in the future I would like to be able to go back there I have had the best possible experience.
