The manager is very considerate. Our check- out time is supposed to be at 12noon. Our flight is at 6:00PM. She lets us stay until 3PM, no extra charge🥰 She even helped us book a taxi going to the airport. Their staff is very approachable and they are willing to make extra effort for all your requests and questions. Highly recommended ❤️

Hygiene: good clean and tidy Environment: Very close to Tianjin West Railway Station, there is a super authentic Tianjin breakfast downstairs Service: Above average. The front desk responded slowly when checking in. Everything else was good.

In terms of facilities, there are air purifiers, refrigerators, hair dryers, etc., and the facilities are complete. However, the air purifier is old, the air has a mushy smell, and the cable is dirty. There is a diffuser on the table, but it leaks. After I left it on for a while, it leaked water all over the table. Brother! The facilities are complete, but can the quality be improved? The table is also extremely old and creaks when shaken. Various tears on the wall are shown in the picture. The shower room is very small, the water is small, the water pipe is rusty, the experience is terrible, the hotel seems to have no soundproofing, and the sound of card swiping in the building is all night. The service at the front desk is terrible. They don't care about anything other than giving way to members. The only advantage of the hotel is that it has convenient transportation and the bedding is quite comfortable, which is pretty good. The overall price/performance ratio is not high, I don’t recommend it.

Location is OK but I had a lot of trouble finding it due to limited signage visibility (from the main road) and also my google maps/Apple Maps struggled to consistently find it. If anyone else has the same issue you may be best served by using “a cat a dog animal hospital” as the POI. Staff limited English but very proactive in pushing me to wechat (which has built in translation) no complaints at all.

是第二次住這個酒店，這次住一樓8107，隔壁8108應該是一個什麼設備房，整晚嗡嗡嗡的類似電機的聲音很大根本無法入睡，關鍵和8108就隔了個木板牆，這晚體驗很差！其它方面酒店位置不錯，離西站和西北角挺近的，房間設施和衞生都不錯，如家中上水平！

Prompt, efficient check in. Friendly and efficient service throughout. Nice room with excellent air-con, kept us cool as it was 37 outside. Excellent location , walking distance to park, river and Tianjin Eye. Shopping mall and subway minutes away by walking. 5 mins or 1 subway stoo to Tianjin West Station, 15.mins taxi to Tianjin Station. Excellent! Will definitely stay here again.

The youth hostel is located in Drum Tower, near Nanshi Food Street, and the transportation is very convenient. The location is very good, right under the Eye of Tianjin, and convenient for shopping and eating nearby. There is authentic 18th Street Mahua next to the building downstairs, so you don’t have to go out to buy it. It is also very convenient to go downstairs to watch Tianjin Eye in the evening. You can also walk along the Haihe River to watch cross talk in a teahouse. However, it should be noted that the rooms with a view of the Haihe River are all double rooms. The rooms with standard rooms can only see the Dabei Courtyard. Generally, business rooms can only see the wall and no outside view, which is a bit depressing, so we upgraded the rooms with a few rooms. Very satisfied with the twin room. The hotel's service attitude is very good and the service is generous. Atour has always been the first choice when traveling. The bedding is comfortable. I will stay here again next time.
