Nice and clean hotel, very friendly and polite staff. There is a nice bar in the lobby. Very big choice of breakfast for western and eastern style. This is a suite room.

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 4 Nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

Very close to Tianjin Station, the room is very clean, the view is good, the price is right haha

The manager is very considerate. Our check- out time is supposed to be at 12noon. Our flight is at 6:00PM. She lets us stay until 3PM, no extra charge🥰 She even helped us book a taxi going to the airport. Their staff is very approachable and they are willing to make extra effort for all your requests and questions. Highly recommended ❤️

I'm giving this 5 stars because this very budget, very small room was everything I needed for a short 4 night solo stay, right by the Hai He (river) in downtown Tianjin. The service was straightforward and professional and even though my room was very inexpensive, I was treated well by everyone. The location is perfect for Tianjin tourism, very close to the lovely Italian section with its many super places to eat, and a short walk to the main train station, Century clock and many of the river's best views.Large malls and lots more shopping and sightseeing is across the river but the nearest bridge is very close, and the shopping and so on available as soon as you're ACROSS. It's an older hotel, and that shows, but the price is commensurate with that, so no complaint for me: everything still works well and the bed (good for one, not two) was very comfortable. Plus, even though it's small, the desk was useful and had good power sources, very close. And, unlike many budget rooms, this one has a window, and a good view. I've stayed here a few times before, and I will happily stay here again.

I booked this hotel after seeing some reviews on here,the location is great,the door is not visible from the road even though its right there,it has a beautiful rustic feel and look from the outside,checkin took soo loong (probably due to covid ).,they have measures in place if you cant speak chinese.,the reception area is okay,the elevator is a little old but works fine.The room has a beautiful aesthetic,i loved the loft concept.,the beds are comfortable,it is very clean and welcoming.love everything about the room.Breakfast is a set meal.,which was okay could be better .,the people working there are lovely ,which made our stay even more pleasant.would recommend .

Free parking, visual inspection in the lobby is okay, room hardware facilities are not average, bed linen is not bad, the hotel is cost-effective, but the hotel facilities are old, the shower head is leaking, and the wiring on the table is broken. Won't choose again.

It's a very special hotel. The service staff are dressed very casually. There is no sense of distance in professional attire. They are much more friendly. The room is large and comfortable. The coffee is delicious. I will try the coffee in the lobby bar next time.

The hotel is located in the city center. It is golden in color and easy to find. It is very close to Wudadao and Haihe River. The room is spacious and the bathroom is super large. The hygiene and service meet the five-star standard. Since there is no air conditioning in April, the room is very hot. Even with a thin quilt, it is still hot. I took off the quilt cover of the thick quilt and slept for a night. It is not convenient to drive indoors. I took a taxi to Tianjin Eye for 30 yuan. The breakfast is OK.

It was a temporary intention. I couldn’t buy a train ticket. I drove there. I chose a hotel with a parking lot. After arriving at Atour, I couldn’t stop at the parking lot at all (because Atour didn’t have its own parking lot), so the hotel staff was particularly active to help me coordinate the internal parking lot of the nearest company. Solving the problem of parking difficulties! After checking in, they learned that we wanted to go to the northwest corner to eat snacks. They also enthusiastically helped us recommend the road, so that we had less detours. At the same time, the hotel also provided fruit when we checked in, which made us feel like we were home! 🥰
