Overall nice, historical hotel with, great location to explore Tianjin. However during our stay there were some drawbacks: - The rooms to the rear of the old part of the building are really noisy, even though the windows and doors have been replaced with modern ones. It's not understandable to me why a five star hotel replaces windows and balcony doors with insufficient ones if they decide to do so. - We wanted to use the pool/wellness area, which was closed due to ”technical issues”. No further explanation, compensation etc. was given and this has not been communicated during the booking or elsewhere. - We showed up at 10:30 sharp for breakfast (which was until 10:30 at least) and were sent away since ”there's nothing left”. Also, no compensation was offered except for some cheap fridge magnet from the hotel's museum. Overall, value for money is questionable (1600 RMB for one night). Next time I will choose a hotel of an established international chain, such as Shangri-La.

Nice hotel. The location was good, with nice buildings around. Plenty of facilities like the swim pool, spa, the gym, etc. The rooms were clean and comfy. Would visit there again. I really enjoyed the pool it was the perfect temperature and you could watch a tv show while you are on the treadmill in the gym. Due to a sudden trip to Beijing, I had the pleasure of enjoying a weekend staycation at the Four Seasons Tianjin once again. Nice clean and comfortable room. The hotel is in a good location with lots to do nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the air conditioning didn't work, luckily it wasn't too hot yet, but the room still got quite warm.

Bravo to the lady who was cleaning my room. She cannot speak English at all but made a huge effort to ensure she communicates in English using translation software. She is very intelligent and offered great service. The location is great. Very beautiful near the river. Near Marco Polo and Italian street. And the room is great value for money. I have to say that the location is quite superior. Metro Line 1 is opposite the gate, and it takes half an hour to reach Tianjin West Station. Metro Line 4 is behind the hotel, and the Xiaobailou is opposite. The famous Cheeselin next to it recommends delicious chocolate mousse! Not far away, there is a Liujia Jianbing Guozi and Zhangji Baozi Shop, which are also very authentic! Although the decoration of the room is a bit old, the hygiene is very good. 哥幾個盤山高爾夫打完球，嗨皮完，老婆孩子都累了，由於沒提前定民宿，攜程上翻了好幾頁也沒找到合適的，一起的幾家人對民宿環境和品質要求還是挺高的，畢竟也算走遍大江南北踏過三山五嶽的人了，對那種宣傳圖片網紅風，實際入住桌椅板凳、生活起居、洗浴用品等粗糙且廉價的民宿實在是敬謝不敏了；很幸運在當晚特賣中發現了這家民宿，據後來瞭解知道是剛開業幾天宣傳什麼的還沒跟上來，也還沒有住客評論，本來還擔心是否能達到圖片品質的80%就算沒賭錯，結果從進門到離店，大夥的一致評價是：120%滿意！夜裡別墅整個燈帶打開後，比照片上還驚艷，它家取的是介於珍珠白和米白之間的布燈設計，既不失温暖色調的幸福感，又顯得高級，像高級俱樂部多於像民宿。第二天用自己手機拍了一些細節，是宣傳圖片裏沒有的角度，提供給大家參考，也強烈安利這家民宿給各位來盤山玩的小夥伴兒們，住就對了！哦對了，老闆説目前是剛開業新客打折，再加上晚間甩房折扣，個人覺得力度挺大的，非常划算，估計優惠政策會延續到6月份。對了對了差點忘了，還説有連住優惠，具體幾天還是聯繫民宿問問吧。邊上就是天津傳媒學院，夜市也非常棒棒噠。老大爺給我們表演了一段舞蹈😄😄😄😄
